Hi Anna, I just had to say well done to you. Your weight loss has been great you deserved to get your groups woman of the year award. Your diaries look good I have only had a quick look but plan to read it all over the weekend. I am new to sw (unfortunatly not to dieting) but I have to say I think its great. Snacking on junk is my big problem but I am so full from lovely meals I think I may be able to get control from now on.

I am really aching from yesterday's gym session, I really enjoyed the classes I went too - abs and stretch which was like a yoga and Pilates combined 45 min session, it was really good - but I did have a bit of a headache from being upside down etc. But I then did body conditioning which I've done once before and didn't really like the instructor but it was a different instructor and it was amazing!!
I used a step, some hand weights and a bar with 5kg on, it was awesome! We had some intervals using the step and then some resistance, it was fab!!! I am however aching from head to toe, I am planning to do that most Saturday's, I will be back off to the gym later today :) yay!!

Hey lovely, hope you're okay. I am back in the Zone again, I've been messing about for 2 months or so and I'm back!! Loving the gym too!

New job is amazing today is the last day of half term - back to it tomorrow, it's very exhausting but I love it!!
