Just did an hour of workout, I'm not sure whether I've mentioned or not that my gym membership has finished, as the price has gone up, so ive stopped going to the gym so have had to do workouts at home, and I've really been enjoying it, really pushed myself :) yay!

What workouts are you doing at home? A dvd, or a game on the wii/ps3? My memberships has run out too and I am finding it hard to exercise at home! xx

Hi Hun,
I have been doing the 'toneitup' workouts from YouTube, I use my virgin TiVo box and get YouTube up and choose one of their workouts, I have also been running and walking around my area, but I'm getting a little more inventive and earlier I just shoved my iPod on and used a step we have that goes from the porch to the hall and I did 3mins of different exercises using the step for cardio, then I did a tone it up workout and then did another 3mins cardio and then did my own toning routine using weights I did tricep dips using a dining room chair, then bicep curls with my weights and then sit ups and I did that 3 times doing 10 of each and then another 3mine cardio on the step and then I did 3 more exercises for 10 each for 3 times, and finished with a stretch, but the toneitup girls are amazing!
I also do davina, or 30 day shred depending on how I'm feeling or a bit on yourshape for kinect for xbox xx

Lost half a pound at group which wasn't too bad considering I've weighed in 2 days early, so it could be worse! I'm going to join that group from now on so will no longer be going on a Thursday :) let's go!
