I get them from a butcher not too far from me - in Birmingham. They've been approved by slimming world and have their certificate etc. The butcher is Alan Foster.

So I've been naughty, I've hopped on the scales again this morning, I've lost 2.75lbs since yesterday, wahey! I know it might not last, but my red day seemed to do the trick, so will keep the red days up I think! :) x

Trying new recipes! - strawberry fairy cakes, scotch eggs, kfc style chicken and I'm trying diet coke chicken later

The Easter holiday - I love working in education!!

Having time to read on my iPad - currently reading Divergent by Veronica Roth - very good!

Spring colours - pastels and loving the colour coral!! Bought some coral jeans the other day :)

Driving :D - had my first lesson on Saturday and enjoyed every second of it :) can't wait to get back out there and do some more!

Spending time with my other half :)

Currently cooking my diet coke chicken - looking good so far! :) Will update with a pic shortly :)


So my oh didn't like the diet coke chicken, but I thought it was quite nice, I prefer the kfc style chicken :)

So just did an hour of exercise - feeling awesome. Did some hill runs and then came back home and did toning and cardio intervals - woohoo!! Sweating so much but loving it!

Weighed in tonight and lost 3.5lbs yay! 4 stone 1lb lost :D

I've been having a think about the group I go to, I may join another group, as I feel I am not getting the support I need at the group I currently am at, its a bit awkward because I do the laptop for the group but I'm finding it to be to much and I feel I need a new perspective on slimming world because I feel I am not getting anything out of the group anymore and I come out feeling unmotivated and uninspired, and I'm finding it hard to continue motivating myself each week, I have been thinking about this for a while, and I am going to try a different group on Tuesday, and then see how I feel. :)

Really struggling today, came on yesterday and I'm in agony with my stomach, have had a headache for 2 days now, and I'm struggling to keep my hands away from chocolate!

Just did an hour of workout, I'm not sure whether I've mentioned or not that my gym membership has finished, as the price has gone up, so ive stopped going to the gym so have had to do workouts at home, and I've really been enjoying it, really pushed myself :) yay!
