Hi guys, so after my holiday in America, I was back on plan for a week and then this past weekend was my birthday so have been off plan since Friday - oops!
Will be back on plan on Friday!
 
I am back on plan today woohoo! Getting weighed tonight - ready for a big gain, but I'm ready! :)

Going to make a turkey chilli for a meal today I think - time to try some new ingredients etc. I'll be sure to update with how it turns out - it may turn into a ragu type thing! :)

Just got out of the car to go to mcdonalds, got 6 steps from the car and turned around and got back in the car, and I'm now waiting for my jacket potato which is in the oven :)

So at weigh in last night, I put on 3, I know I haven't been 100% on plan, I have thought about what I have eaten and I've had a lot of carbs, beans, spaghetti, pasta, and lots and lots of jacket potatoes and rice!! I'm not sure extra easy is doing me any favours at the moment, so I'll be on red for this week just to see whether it makes a difference :)
