I am having a hard week this week... lacking motivation and plagued by daydreams about food... Managed to stay 100% so far but keep having naught thoughts about "maybe you could just do WS".. "a little meat and veg won't hurt"... which I know would just turn into a little more, then a lot more and then off the wagon altogether. Once off the wagon I can't see me getting back on either!
I wonder if it's hard because I am exercising most days now? Only for 20 minutes but perhaps its 20 minutes too much right now?
