I had a conference abroad a couple of weeks back and thought it would ruin me keeping at target. Had loads of socialising and beers, no sw friendly food provided at lunch buffet (rolls and buns) then more beers.... Went original when I could, hotel breakfast (no toast, just ham and eggs, slice of cheese. ..) managed a canteen lunch by going to the salad bar for large salad and then getting a pork chop to go with it. Sneaky peak showed 2lb over target, couple of days back on plan saw me back on target. A week later nearly 2lb under target. Make the effort where you can, don't worry about it.
