Anyone 12 stones to 11 stones

That's why making life easier is key, tinned super free, salad, or batch cooking soup is always there to grab :) or it sounded like green days would suit you if you like your carbs. Try and re read the plans and see if green semis easier for now? X
 
haha i know, i'm still trying to adjust to being a mum at the min though which is why im struggling with the food side of it :)

i'm gonna re read through the books and see what i think, to be honest the only meat i eat really is bacon with my breakfast but i suppose i could cut that out and just have onion and mushroom omlette! I do have chicken sometimes with curries etc and mince for a bolognaise now and again but suppose on those days i could just make them an EE day? x

But you can still have bacon or chicken or whatever meat as a healthy extra on green ;)

ooo really? I've never really looked at the green days to be honest so will have a proper look at them in the book thanks :)

see i love veg, and i love certain fruits but i really don't like salad :( that;s the only bad thing, i'd rather have a big bowl of cauli, broccoli and carrots haha x

You don't have to have salad, you fill up with veg, frozen and tinned will be a big help to you with baby ;)
 
I have frozen now, just bang it in a pan and let it boil away haha it's only really lunch that i struggle with when i'm out which is usually when i have fruit and a yoghurt

Bunny I wasn't suggesting that I was just saying if she is rushed sometimes it's easier to chuck some salad on , I could live on rocket or raw spinach! I'd rather fresh but always have plenty of frozen in as a quick back up! Tinned isn't my bag... :( but that's just my taste :)

i can't remember the last maccies i had! that was always my downfall so i suppose im doing good that way haha

tinned isnt my first choice neither :(

my downfall is still chocolate though, i have changed that though and now if i want chocolate i either have a danone chocolate shapes yoghurt, a curly wurly (quite low syns) or some chocolate philly and i dip my strawberries in it mmmm better than a mars bar anyday! haha

in answer to someone earlier about my weight loss, i'm about halfway through, i have erm 18lb to lose (lost 14 so not quite halfway) i know your weight hits a point where it slows but i didn't expect it to be this soon so i don't think it's that x
 
haha it doesn't even really bother me any more, i have completely changed my view on most foods now and don't even miss them!

woohoo...3.5lbs for me this week after a few weeks of it being really slow!:eek: takes me over my club 10 target of 19lbs and within 0.5lbs of a stone and a half - very happy!! 20.5lbs in 8.5 weeks, three of them being unwell and on unhelpful meds.

good luck for this week everyone..I'm off to smile at the numbers on the scales one more time! 12 stone 3lb :D:D:D
