I wasn't expecting a loss this week, as I had to go to an afternoon weigh in earlier in the week than usual - but I managed half a pound. This means I'm leaving you all! See you in the 11s

Finally the scales have started moving again. 12 stones 1.5 lbs, really want to be in 11s by September 1st and going on holiday tomorrow will have to try to be very careful!

Yes well and truely in the 12s its tricky when we hover around 12.13 much better when we are into the 12s a bit more
