I never count my syns weekly, & i never have zero syn days either, i always have at least 5.
Sure we'll give it a whirl, the thought of another potential 7lb loss is tempting me x
It's bed for me ladies, another SW lunch & breakfast prepared. Talk tomorrow, Kankles look after yourself, honey in coffee is my sure thing remedy for sore throats, hasn't failed me yet xo

Is it ok to just do 20 mins,it's all extra exersise isn't it especially if I can do it a couple of times a week till I feel a bit more co ordinated to do the longer routines ??? :)

Not me.. I'm going to the sun so will be enjoying every last drop of luvly pool side cocktails and no doubt will have a whole week of using a ridiculous amount of PP's (not syns... sorry :( ) Will do a 100% July instead :D x

I would say any exercise is better than no exercise, plus you have to ease yourself into it. What did you think of the zumba WII? I was thinking of getting it myself, bit of fun whilst exercising at the same time.

Working from home today, been up half the night with this flu thing, was cold, then thirsty, then aching, then back round again! Hate feeling poorly, it's such a disruption! X

I would say that every 20 mins of sweat counts. I am in awe that you do it so early - I have loads of time to do some "body magic" in the mornings but I can't get my oversized rear out of the bed!
 
Must have known what you were going to give us as I made a big pot of butternut squash and red pepper soup last night.. :) And love roasted veg so that's no issue.. Must get walking in tho.. Not done much of that.. And the mini marathon is on Monday!!! :O


oops my mini marathon is 10 days away and im walking like crazy this week or i know i'll die .
 
Hey everyone! Hope you're all having a good day! Today has been better for me than other days recently, but still not "there" yet. I was 100% food wise and enjoyed all I had - I made the salmon "pate" from the website and had it for lunch - it was lovely - really tasty and filling. But no exercise and not enough water. I think I'll be lucky to have a STS this week.

Hi girls, did you know today was my 31st 100% day & the end of my totally 100% for the whole of May challenge :)
Today was however a rather syn-tastic day with 12 syns used, still its my star week, so i figure i deserve to spoil myself :-*

thats fab news well done keep at it with treats when needed to keep giving the metabolism a kick to wake it up and get it working harder.

Well I'm feeling pretty crappy this evening. Got a sore throat, banging head, and feel chilled to my bone. Had a lovely home made beef & veg stew for dinner to warm me up which was yummy & syn free. In bed with pj's, socks & hot water bottle! Very fetching ;-)

20 mins is fab trace, twice a week thats burning lots of calories, im sure youll see a difference and its fun too. dont forget waist measurements then do it again next week after youve done about 4 sessions

Hi pebs I did post my waist measurment last week too,it was 44,but October last year it was 48 so that's not bad going !!!!

I had to do it before the kids got up otherwise there was no way it was happening !!!! :)
 
I'm really struggling..got on the scales this morning and I've put my 3lbs back on...what a nightmare. I can't see there is anyway of losing that by tomorrow.

I hate half terms. I get out of sync and drink more alcohol and then it all goes to pot. I'm finding that the more often I restart The harder it is for me to stick with it. It seemed so easy the first time.

How do you guys manage it? Should I go tee total? Help......

Hi Vegemite.. I am the total same when i've been drinking.. well, when i've a hangover from drinking.. Had a bottle of wine last Thursday and was DYING Friday.. So was allowing myself a binge day.. And boy did I binge.. And carried on binging til Monday!! Oops..
Just think of how good you're feeling in yerself now, compared to when you started.. Or how crap you felt before you started and how much you dont want to be back there.. It is hard.. And its never gona be easy to say no to all the nice (bold) food that we all love.. So allow yourself it in moderation every once in a while..
Tho I do think its allot easier to stay on track when you've not been drinking.. So maybe, if you've nothing on, stay off drink for a month or so to get back on the wagon..
Its hard but worth it :D Good luck..

I had a sneak preview on the scales too today and am up 1.5 :( Like I said tho.. I binged all weekend, and was out to dinner last night too so am expecting to be up this week.. So because I know why its happened, and can see plainly the reason for it, I won't be at all demotivated by it.. And will just start a new week..

Just wishing everyone good luck for weigh in tomorrow, I have mixed feelings about mine as I had a few off plan days at the weekend ,but have been 100% since Monday,so I am setting myself up for a slight gain or another sts !!!!! :)
 
I feel the same Tracy, I really got into gear today - I got a new pair of trainers, my old ones were so old I couldn't keep up with the Wii Zumba. I got those reebok easy tone ones - they were on sale so I figured they were worth a try. I had my three nieces over for the afternoon - it's my sister's wedding anniversary, so I parked the four kids in the back garden and walked around the front and back garden for 15 minutes - we live in the country, so I didn't get dizzy or anything. I was hoping to do 30 minutes, but the 2 three year olds decided they wanted to walk with me and that was the end of my peace! So I played on the trampoline with them for a while, and then parked two in front of the TV, 2 in front of the computer and went at my Wii Zumba. Oh my god, but I'm useless at it!!! I have three left feet!!
