Anyone else weigh at home on a thursday- wanna post?

Dubchick - yeah it will just be nice to get away, and my mum deserves it bless her - she always runs around after everyone (she loves it, but must be tiring working full time and both of my sisters have young children who my mum loves running round after :D)

Pebbles thank you for keeping us on track :D I'm doing you plan but with slight tweaks to fit our shopping/budget/and so boyfriend and i can eat together without him feeling like he's dieting (he doesn't need to lose any weight, not even a pound!)

So today i had......

Breakfast: Magic porridge
Lunch: Left over dinner (which was green day pasta - lots of veggies)
Dinner: Any green pasta dish (another throw together) with HEA of philly light
Snacks: apples, carrots, aldi less than 70 cals bars

Hey Pebs, I found your menus really inspiring, but it's like all of a sudden there are things conspiring against me following your plan!! My mother keeps cooking my dinner, which is lovely of her, but I have to keep tweaking it to suit my diet - my husband is delighted though - she even makes real gravy! I'm so swamped with work that I haven't the energy to fight to cook my own dinners. But I am staying on track and hope to meet you 2 lb target for this week.
 
Smurfy don't worry to much, I've had the same problem , 2 days of a nursing course with a set menu definity not sw friendly, a chinese buffet saturday then a harvester lunch Monday. Honestly tho don't get too disheartened by the obstacles , the main thing is you're not throwing it all in and saying to hell with it, you're tweaking things and so long as some meals are sw in the day then that's better than fish and chips and carrot cake- well for your health it is although for my soul that's great food . Lol.
Please don't worry and tomoro is what tomoro is. I'm looking at a sts but I'm staying focused for now and I know you can do it to x

Ooh 1 day to weigh in and I'm not looking forward to it.. tho I did do a sneaky weigh in and although i've not gotten back on track as yet from my hols, I'm only 4 up from my last weigh in, not 5 like I was last week.. haha..
Tho I was 1pp under my daily allowance yesterday so hopefully I can do the same again today (unlike the old system, you must use up all dailies now)
Am sat here with my first 600ml bottle of water so will get stuck into that.. Tho am gona hafta not drink water into the evening.. was up 3 times in the night to go to the loo.. Not good!! Am wrecked now this morning..

Hello ladies, i'm back, well i got back last night. I'm going to skip tomortow's WI as i have prob had a gain with hols & don't want to see it & demotivate myself.
Got back to find i'd got a wedding invite in the mail. My cousin is getting married in New York City in just under 6 weeks time! Eeeek!!! Lol. So i am going to have to b a v good girl until then.
Big changes comin up for me: ry runs his own business & will b travelling to germany for a series of meetings/promotions. He will b gone for 5 weeks :-( But.....my friend Ruth will b comin to stay for those 5 weeks, shes having some work dine to her appartment. So its a perfect arrangement. Heres the thing: Ruth is a model, with a fab figure so she will b just wat i need to give me the kick in the bum i need!!! Lol
 
Hello ladies.

Pebbles please dont shout at me.....but it looks like i'll be a stay this same this week...... I was all organised and put the slow cooker on this morning - nice syn free dinner......but then we had some good news (we've really needed that lately)......my boyfriend has got a new job :D he starts beginning of September (they wanted him sooner but he has to work his notice). We're both really pleased as he was so unhappy at his current job. So we ended up going out to dinner to celebrate, only had a main course but guess i've well and truely gone over my syns.

Megs - blimey having a model living with you is going to make you watch every tiny thing you eat :)

I know!!! Ruth is such a lovely girl, but in the way i care about my work, she cares about her body & fitness as its her living, but almost 6 weeks of no slacking should pay dividends for me :) heres hoping...as i def need it!
 
Ooh pebbles.....exercise report for today.......

I walked to chiropractor and back (about 25 mins brisk walk each way) and went for a 40 minutes brisk walk with my boyfriend this evening. Still under chiro orders to only walk at the moment, not allowed to zumba, jog or cycle yet (the only other exercises i do - when i get motivated)

Hope kankles is ok, she hasn't been around for a while

Half a half bowl of porridge, 1 slice toast low fat marg and marmite for brek -1b, 1 syn.
Sw Quiche, mullerlite, 6apple for lunch

Dinner- Grilled gammon steak, swede and potato mash(1b), roasted veg, mushrooms, grilled tomato topped with basil leaves and low low cheese (1a) gravy 1.5 syns.
Rhubarb, natural low fat yogurt, meringue nest 2.5 syns.

100% day . Good luck tomoro xx
 
Morning weighers , my lovely losers, it's a bright sunny morning here after 2 days of cloudiness so what better way to celebrate the sun by jumping up and down in your knickers on the pavement outside declaring your loss to the world.
I don't have to do that as I've had a minor gain (but I know why and predicted as much) so I'm safe but you my lovelies don your thong and burst into song. X

Ha ha Pebbles love it.. Get out there girlies and shout yer loudest.. Am safe inside with Pebs as I've too had a gain.. (never been so happy to have a gain lol) Am gone back up to a whopping 13st 9lb :'(
So that a 4.5 GAIN for me.. Am not surprised by it, as I had my hols and its taken me this long (til 2 days ago) to get my head back down to business and I've had my * week this week along with Jono's (my BF) birthday so I can see where and why I've gained so not too knocked by it.. Onwards and DOWNwards...
Good luck to everyone else for their WI and good luck to everyone for the coming week.. Lets hope we have better results to report back next week.. x
 
well my thong is on and i have danced around all of haverhill LOL !!!!!!!!

i have lost 7lbs since last week,and am now back to 16st 5 lbs woo hooooooooooooooo !!!!!!!!!!!!

am very pleased with that :)

Hi

Me and 2 girls at work have just started weighing on a Thursday in the office! I was a target member for a year until last summer and then I moved and stopped attending weigh ins. I have put on about 8lbs so I want to get it off again and the other 2 are just starting.

Would love to weigh in with you!
