Hello

I have been AWOL with work and all sorts so Haven't been on much sorry!!!!!

3 days is a long time to be away I feel lost without Minimins!!!

I STS this week which is what I wanted after the christening!

Back on it today after I went out last night but I'm still at 100% straight up! I only drank vodka s/l tonic or diet coke so I'm well chuffed

Hi hun not expecting a lot cause lost 2.5 lb last week it usually follows that i either sts or have a weany loss the week after a good one so not expecting a loss really good luck for ur 3lb xx

Thanks! To be fair its two weeks weigh ins so 1.5 for each week. Im going to do one more week of 30 pp before dropping down to the 29 im supposed to be on. The chocolate treat on mondays are those extra 7pps!

Well I've lost 2lb this week so only 4.5lb away from 12 stone!! Seems mad 9 weeks ago I weighed in at 11.7lb, I thought it would take forever to get to my pre pregnancy weight of 11.10lb but only 8.5lb to go!!

Also I can fit into my pre pregnancy jeans now! When I started I could even get them over my thighs!!
