Well I lost a wee 0.5lbs this week so now 12st 11.5lbs.

I sometimes feel like I'm never gonna get into the 11's. So close, yet so far.

Had WI this morning - Lost 0.5lb.

I am happy with that will admit to being a teeny bit disappointed & would usually just have left my meeting & went to greggs but I stayed then came home & had my crumpets.

I was in work till 9pm all week so I was eating late at like 10pm all week so this I think is the main reason for the small loss.

So I am now 12st 9lbs

Hope to be in the 11's at some point in 2012

Started sw 3 weeks ago at 12st 13.5lbs, have weighed myself this morning and am now 12st 8lb, so chuffed I'm moving in the right direction at last.
