Welcome back, Lynica...I've jumped in on this thread in your absence...I'm Jenna (not that you could have guessed that hahah)

Just back from the gym ladies, glad I went as was feeling like $hit this morning due to * week grrr but at least I've done it so can't put any lack of loss this week down to laziness.
Also just had lunch, why the hell must 60g wholemeal rolls be so small? I feel like I've been robbed of my HEB lol!

I never deprive myself of bread, as either have 2 hexb's worth or if Im just using bread a 1 Hebx, I syn the extra & have a decent amount of bread/roll

Going red tomorrow, might see if I can do one on Saturday as well, but it depends what I end up eating at the Christmas market so we'll see. Friday we're stopping at a friends so I think I'm going to have porridge for breakfast and then for lunch have something like an omelette so I can decide what I'm doing day wise depending on what we end up having for tea. I'm really hoping we go for a take-away where I can get Chinese as I really fancy kung po pork
 
Tbh the rolls I got weren't that nice anyway, literally just 'ok' and that was after I toasted the damn thing..I think the rest may go to the birds haha. If it's a choice between synning more bread and having a freddo...freddo wins everytime. I'm SO excited to have one after my tea tonight, gone are the days when eating 2 or 3 twix's a day wasn't a treat...just a staple lol!
 
I'm having a freddo tonight as well.... a caramel one, I can't wait. I know what you mean a freddo would never have been a treat before. I used to eat a stupid amount of chocolate and crisps which I didn't see as a treat at all, just what I did. It's a scary thought really and I was surprised I put weight on
 
I had a Fredo already. Thing is i then had brannigans smoked ham and pickle crisps. They were 208 calories. This is my downfall. Am not doing so good ladies

I just make a curry but with lots of smaller bits of chicken, veg, etc and put a lot more chicken stock in and then blitz just the edge to give it a bit of thickness. I don't really have a recipe sorry hun :-( I sometimes put some rice in it too to bulk it out a bit. Mmmm
 
I dunno whether to make cprisy spicy chicken with chip and curry sauce or chicken tikka masala and rice

Someone please make up my mind for me?

Cant you have both! The lowest 'decent' bread I've found that is fairly low, is either Tesco or Morrisons Wholemeal medium sliced & 2 slices are 70g so I syn the 10g = 1 syns......Freddo = 5 syns I think, so only 6 syns! Aren't Freddo's tiny? I tend to save my syns for the evening & have either a Curly Wurly 6 syns, Flake 7 syns, Ripple 9 syns or a full grown up size Mars bar 13 syns!

Why dont you get the lower calorie crisps like Walkers Baked/Stars, Quavers or Skips, there's all sorts! Also, you could have a bag of Ryvita Mini's as a HexB
 
Omg a Mars Bar...I miss those. Won't be having the chance to have one this week as I'm trying to keep to 5-7ish syns to see what that does to the scales.
I really need to be more adventurous and move out of the little SW bubble I've created and try new things.
Just had an omelette for dinner, really wasn't feeling it. Left some (I never leave food on my plate)as I just couldn't face the rest, can guarantee it won't be an issue later when it's Freddo time!

Normally I would but was in work. Don't normally carry money for this reason but had change on me. Bad bad
 
Im missing my big bars of chocolate already... im saving syns for the weekend but know some of my white lion bars meed eating by the end of Jan... so they need eating up lol.

on my third green tea with added lemon, really enjoying having them :)

sat at my mums now, starving but tea will be ready about 6! got little ones school report today as well and it was a really good one. dreading when he gets his first bad one.
 
just done a little experiment of my own...i weighed myself and then had a wee and weighed myself again and it weighed a full lb! didnt feel like a particularly big one. not going to say what i weighed as it wasnt good but i do have jeabs and a hoodie on and ive been drinking loads this afternoon
 
Went with the tikka. Cause there's super free in it and pilau rice. Yum yum

Yes me. Sometimes I do others I couldn't care. Sometimes esp when I was following sw I would freak at eating an apple. Crazy I know. This is why I am tryin to make my diet more healthier with excercise rather that sticking to sw. I believe this is my down fall tho and if I don't lose anything this week or next I intend to jump on sw at full pelt. I know sw works so will see how I go. You shouldn't worry tho Jen cos your so focused and disciplined x
