Have u been droning enough water?

Hopefully something happens soon. I didn't exercise either. Well actually after the day I've had I probs have done more physical activity that what i do during my workouts.

Ended up having a word with myself and doing shred. Feel amazing now. Had quick shower and now in bed. Had read excercise can help with Dicky tummy and it has eased slightly.
I drank about 3-4 glasses today hp which is less than normal. I always end up drinking less on my days off from work which I need work on. Today I was in work, only reason I managed 3-4.
Not takin the tea tonight, see how I feel tom. Maybe its just coincidence. I have eaten a banana two days in a row...probably most I have ever eaten in my life. I don't like them but found its been easier in morning but think its safe to say I will stay clear from now on...yuck
 
Well done for doing the shred! I was up all night with the wee one so in happy I didn't do it and exhaust myself more.

Weigh in day today!! I'm up 1/4 lb :(
It could because I didn't eat enough yesterday or my scales broke when my bf dropped them lol

I've basically lost my ten week Xmas goal I set for myself in 4 weeks!!!!!
I wanted a lb off per week for the ten weeks leading up til Xmas And I've lost 9.3/4 lbs in 4 weeks :)

Have a busy weekend planned so would have loved to have lost a bit more.
Out for dinner and cinema date with best friend on fri but we r going to nandos. That's best for slimming world? And then Xmas market on sat

It could be the banana or the tea, different things effect different people in different ways (wow how many times could I say different in a sentence) especially when they're things your not used to.

That is fantastic, managing your 10 week goal in 4 weeks :) now anything you loose over the next 6 weeks is a bonus ;)

I don't think nando's is too bad for slimming world, I think the rice is 2.5 syns and butterfly chicken is 3.5 or something like that, when we went we got a whole chicken between us, I had rice and he had chips, but my brother and his girlfriend got the large chips and it seemed like a better deal, so if we go again I can see me being way off plan and having half a chicken and chips :/ that's partly down to us being tight though as that deal included drinks and worked out way cheaper than getting separate meals.



Little ones in a funny mood today, not bad... just a bit odd lol. no idea what time my sister's picking me up to babysit either, I think I have time for my crosstrainer because I'm sure she wanted me at nanna's for about lunch time, so I'll be doing my workout anyway, if I don't have time then she should have told me before now :p

At least it gets me out of the house so I'm not fretting about WI all day, oh but boyfriend is late home the next 3 days :( really late on Thursday so I think I might knock running club on the head on Thursday and just do crosstrainer and a run during the day while little ones at school.
 
Thinks ill get chicken and rice then and then syns on sauce :)

I wish i had the motivation to jump straight on cross trainer first thing in morning lol
That's good that ur babysitting today. Write to weigh in will fly in. I hate te wait on tuesdys :( takes ages for 6 to finally arrive

My LO is in a funny mood also. She didn't sleep last night and is still up first thing this morning. I'm exhausted
 
Don't u just love when ur little one has kept u up most of night and ur exhausted and then out of the blue ur mum texts asking can she take ur little one out for a few hours!!! Can't wait to see my bed again

At least your gettin to go back to sleep. When I am up am up. Can't go back to sleep. What age is little one?
 
Hope you have a good sleep Charlene, I'm the same as Deb once I'm up I can't sleep, if I'm lucky I sometimes have a nap on the sofa but that's only in extreme cases. Had one yesterday and my boyfriend ended up having to pick little one up on his own as I was just out of it.


I've got my soup, some boiled eggs and ham ready to take to my nanna's. :) sisters picking me up at around half past so just waiting really. Bored!
 
I dunno how its coming off quickly. I do believe all the water and green tea. And plus the fact that my body has been fed up carrying extra weight for 7 years lol
Also slimming world deffo isn't a diet for me. I'm enjoying food more than ever! Everything I love I can have. Apart from a mental weekend :( lol

LO is 20 months so right at that age where she is testing all her boundaries.
I usually can't sleep once I'm up but I'm so tired and I'm forcing myself to bed lol
 
just had lunch and realised how earlt it is...whoops...ahh well I enjoyed it. nannas in the shower as she has her victim support group later, so sat on my own with the boys. theyre being really good, just hope they keep it up :) think ill weigh myself when my nanna cones down again but willchave no idea what it means as obe sge doesnt have electric scalea and two i dont know what they are compared to the slimming world ones lol.
 
Still 8st 13lbs this morning. Did kettlebells class this morning.....love it. So hungry afterwards. Have had 3 slices of ham while making lunch. Then had pasta with bolognaise and salad.

Have parent teacher meetings now!!
 
I have to buy two or three packs of hifis a week :/ have at least one (or two of the lights) a day. i would try and reduce the amount i have but theyre a great snack on an evening
 
Good luck with WI Charlene & Donna.

Just up out of bed as on nights again. There's one good thing on doing a run of them, I have to be uber organised on the food front as I wouldn't have time to pop to the shops, so my diary is worked out for the week
 
Well done. Darren has been kept behind At work. It just off rain at 6 and my weigh in finishes at 6 so I'm hoping I can make it. Cause I'm so hungry and dinner is sitting waiting on me :(
 
Think I've missed tonight's class. He's still not home and weigh in are finished. I don't think I can wait til half 7 so so so hungry. Getting a sore head n all.

My scales are showing a 2lb loss. They've usually the same as sw. I dunno whether or not to just record that loss or wait til half 7
