Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Top photo is of me wearing same top. Middle is my heaviest and last week. And bottom is halfway through weight lost and then this Xmas

Thanks :). I'm 8:10 atm but I do alot of exercise so I'm toning up alot more than what I use to be.

So far I've lost 5stone 3lb.

don't have many recent ones as I'm wearing jumpers and coats ect. so not great for showing weight loss, but I've been maintaining this year so hopefully look the same

tea was lovely, no idea how to syn the chow mein, asked for it with not much oil and he said he'd do his best and it really didn't have much oil at all to be fair.... I weighed it and it was 600g though and I ate the lot (whoops) think although I asked for less oil I'll count that as my 15 syns for the day... what do you think?
 
I'm gonna have Chinese tonight. I'm feeling a bit deprived so I'm gonna have chicken & beef chop suey with rice & a portion of spare ribs.
I'll start back on plan tomorrow. Tonight I'm having the night off

I'd not worry too much about one meal off plan
As long as you enjoyed it then its worth it ;-)!!

I've resisted a little.... Hubby was wanting chippy tea and as we've not eaten yet I was really tempted but I've made sw chips (they just got 10 mins left) and going do some gravy so just 2 syns. Result although I've had a glass of red but it could've been a lot worse so feel good about my choices :) xx all within syns !!

Well I worked it out and if 380g is 8.5 syn then 600g would be 13.5 syns, so still on plan! Just means I won't have an extra hifi light or my magic elf but I've just had my hifi bar as my healthy extra and I'm stuffed, I also have some mixed berries in the fridge so if I do fancy something later I could have syn free pancakes, don't know if I will though its quite late, but might want something if we stick a film on.

well i had wine for first time in a few weeks and now i know why ugh!!
said last night it ws off plan but not sure what to do. ate lot crisps etc but know the syn value so will work out how much wine is left then decide what i am doing with syns. reason being i know i won't last another week with limited syns as it doesn't motivates me...yet i don't want to ignore last night and just decide it was off plan. would rather off plan was for day out or nice dinner etc
changed days that i am willing to count syns than ignore them x
 
We all need a night off to stop us bingeing

Just count all the syns u used and see if u can correct them before next weight in. And if u can't then just put last night in the past and get back on the wagon.
 
Whoohoo this morning I am now in both single figures for weight! Haven't seen any number like this on scales I'm about 7 years!

I just hope my vday dinner n drinks tonight don't ruin it :/

Well as you said before enjoy yourself n keep track of your syns then try and pull them back before next weigh in.

Don't worry about it, have a nice time and then get back on it, if you have a small gain you know you can get back to where you are now. We have to live our lives as well :) well done on getting there

Did spinning & kettlebells classes today! Hopefully that takes care of the malteasers last night!

I'm back from the party and my run on the treadmill, I didn't touch anything at the party except for coke zero, pepsi diet and sugar free squash oh and I had a banana I'd brought with me as I knew I was then doing the run. Run went great, I did 7.2 miles, could have done more but don't want to over do it, the most I've run before is just under 5 miles so don't want to increase my miles too quickly as I don't want to cause myself an injury, there's a 9 miler the week before my half marathon that my mum thinks I should enter, I think I'm going to do it, but going to see if I can run more then 9 miles the week before as again don't want to increase all of a sudden from 9 to 13 :D
