I meant to say Kim fab news on the dresses..... don't know how long I should hang onto the ones which are too small for me... just in case I do shrink lol

Need to plan food for my race on Sunday its only 10k but it starts at 12, we need to get there early for parking so need to take food for before and after... thinking of taking syn free rice pud with fruit... but what else? Nees to stick to plan.

Well another 1.5lb off this week so that's now 9st 12
I'm really sticking to it cos I want to go on holiday in July n not after buy all new clothes cos 1s in suitcase too small lol

Ugh woke up with lurgy today :-( all blocked up, throats ****ed and glands are massive.

Got to plod through work as need the money but not going to make my exercise quota this week as came straight home for a nap there's no way I could have managed a run today.

Ooh quite excited that the DVDs that the woman that does the ZWOW stuff has released will be shipping to uk later this week. Only been out a few weeks and only been available in America so far. I like following her stuff on YouTube but think I will pick up the DVDs too as they are meant to be amazing.

All my clothes getting too big was kind of why I decided to aim for 9stome rather than any smaller. I don't mind the bigger sizes getting too large but couldn't afford to get rid of all my clothes haha! Nice problem to have though Kim. X

hope you feel better soon..dont worry about excercise til your fully recovered. need look this up but keep forgetting....duh

Im the same deb! On way back from yoga (which turned out to be body conditioning) I went to tesco and found wispa hot chocolate!!!! I nearly weeeeed. So I had to buy some. Luckily its only 103 calories, unluckily I also bourght a wispa to dip in it!!!

did day 2 of six week six pack. just before the second half i thought i would be smart and do shred after it. lol not a hope. struggled thru the second half sweating. going have tea n toast and chill before my shower and collecting wee one. phew

Make sure you dont saturate yourself, just enjoy it & you will reap the benefits. I know you haven't measured yourself, but a good way to see if you are losing inches, is to try on something that is a wee bit snug now & then try it on again in a month or so!

i measured but wont do it again for while....now that i am chilling in house i can't be bothered ha. was just going to do it to save me doing it tomorrow as wanted rest day tom but thought i better not unless i do shred tonight. need my tummy tight tight tight lol
 
Good that you are enjoying it! I find exercise can up my hunger too so I always keep some protein shakes for that - they are surprisingly filling and stop me snacking after exercise - plus the protein helps the muscles recover. Win all round!

Still ill today boo though a bit better than yesterday - really hope it shifts tomorrow as got the weekend off work and would be nice to enjoy it (though lots of snow forecast so probably not be doing too much!!) x

i was just going to say i am hungry more but not sure 30min exercise would have that effect? what shakes do you use?
try to make the most of just relaxing. felt myself getting tired but little one keeping me on my toes lol

Yuck, have you got nasty flu/cold bugs? I get a lot as work with kids a lot & they always give them to me, which is very generous of them! One of the kids kept giving me laryngitis but think Im immune now lol!
I've got Saturday off as well Laura & was hoping to do some gardening, but it looks as tho the weather is going to be pants here as well......oh well shopping it is then!
 
Very poor on the exercise front for me this week, as have either been on 12 hour days or 12 hour nights! Not good for one's figure all this working, but at least I've been on plan 100% this week, so from the start of the exercise challenge 2 weeks ago, only had 1 day off plan & that was a choccie fest on Mothers Day lol!
 
Deb I use the phd diet whey - either choc or vanilla flavour. It's got a thicker texture than most protein so feels more filling than others. Under 100 calories made with water or a little more if you use milk. I count them as free on simply filling (its technically a tweak but all other protein sources are free and same on sw I know a friend counts them as free on sw and hasn't had a problem with losses) really its the same calories as say an egg or a little bit of chicken etc so I don't really see the harm its just a different source of protein.

Kim just got sore throat and swollen glands with a bit of a cold for good measure! Just feeling pretty yuck everything hurts and so tired - drugs and rest for me. Slept most of yesterday when i got home from work and not exercised so that's helping, in bed with tea and my kindle which I'm sure has medicinal properties also ;-) looking forward to being able to taste food again been living on soup and cereal past 2 days as cooking is too much effort lol! X

Feel your pain Laura, as I had 2 bouts of Laryngitis almost back to back & its debilitating! Keep your fluids up & take lots of Brufen & Paracetamol x
