I use phd diet whey too. I have the chocolate and chocolate orange but the chcoclate orange isnt very nice!
Yeah I'm hoping that I keep it up so I am at target again soon. Got half a stone to lose but I want to lower my target to 9 stone from 9 stone 4
Do u think I will be allowed to if I haven't been in target fora while n if I lower it more then I will be under the healthy weight range

i really want to be in the 8's!!!
i started at 9st8lb back in sept 11 and June last year I got married at 8st, I did fall below my target however I fell ill the week before I got married and lost lots of weight,
I am currently back at 9st and I am really finding it hard to get to my target weight. Help!!!
Run was horrible todayit was just way too cold for me, i struggle with my breathing when its too cold. But we managed 5.7 miles and I'm gladI went, just hope its a little warmer for my race on Sunday.
Morning ladies, just a quickie & will catch up soon as off to work at this ungodly hour............official WI this morning & 0.5lb off! Pleased with that as even tho Im maintaining I would still love to be 8.7!!! Bit random tho, I did a naughty jumpo on the scales last Saturday & weighed 9st......4.5lbs weight loss this week......must have been bloat from all the choc from Mothers day. But my point is, just goes to show how ridiculous the scales are sometimes & a lot of what you see on the scales isn't fat!!!
good stuff Kim..must admit i like not weighing now. don't feel any lighter either so i know that even though i am excercising i wouldn't like what i saw on the scales which would put me off doing any...."what's the point" attitude. my eating is rubbish...like having toastie for dinner or sw egg fried rice then being hungry later. need to get into better pattern

The scales totally ruin my life but ic I dont wi I lose control! If I gain at wi I will stop at tesco n buy loads of treats.
We have a snow day here. Not sure how much has fallen as I dont plan on getting out of bed yet. My darling ss has been throwing up all night so we havent slept!!

Wasn't too sure how weigh in would go today as lots of random factors this week- TOTM, no exercise, being ill and last few days I have mostly been on cereal and soup rather than real food.
Loss of 0.75lb so just 4lb til I get back to target now. Not sure why I dabbled in 5:2 it seems simply filling suits me really well as most of the foods I eat are free! X
