I need to go get my running gear on but can't be bothered to move.... not getting picked up until 6.40 but I like to be ready early so I'm not pushing it.

Do u think I will be allowed to if I haven't been in target fora while n if I lower it more then I will be under the healthy weight range

i really want to be in the 8's!!!
i started at 9st8lb back in sept 11 and June last year I got married at 8st, I did fall below my target however I fell ill the week before I got married and lost lots of weight,
I am currently back at 9st and I am really finding it hard to get to my target weight. Help!!!

Do u go to group? Just because you can only alter your target by 7lbs x

speak to your consultant, although theyre not suppose to change it any less then 7lbs they can if they choose to. I think cobsidering its the lowest you could change it to and also that its not like your in target and getting there before changing it they should let you do it. Let us know what he/she says when you speak to them :)

dont stress about it, you know the plan works just stick with it maybe try more exercise, eventually you will get there :)
 
Run was horrible today :( it was just way too cold for me, i struggle with my breathing when its too cold. But we managed 5.7 miles and I'm gladI went, just hope its a little warmer for my race on Sunday.

Fingers crossed donna but I doubt its gonna be. I know we have severe weather warnings for next couple of days!

I know what u mean with the struggling to breath when I was walking to work this morning it was tough!

I'm going to see what she says when I go to group next week. I haven't been at target for an eternity so I think they should let me and if they don't let me I'll just sulk until they do :)
 
Its horrible with the cold and breathing isnt it, i know we have the servere weather warnings too :(

Morning ladies, just a quickie & will catch up soon as off to work at this ungodly hour............official WI this morning & 0.5lb off! Pleased with that as even tho Im maintaining I would still love to be 8.7!!! Bit random tho, I did a naughty jumpo on the scales last Saturday & weighed 9st......4.5lbs weight loss this week......must have been bloat from all the choc from Mothers day. But my point is, just goes to show how ridiculous the scales are sometimes & a lot of what you see on the scales isn't fat!!!

Pleased with that as even tho Im maintaining I would still love to be 8.7!!! Bit random tho, I did a naughty jumpo on the scales last Saturday & weighed 9st......4.5lbs weight loss this week......must have been bloat from all the choc from Mothers day. But my point is, just goes to show how ridiculous the scales are sometimes & a lot of what you see on the scales isn't fat!!!

good stuff Kim..must admit i like not weighing now. don't feel any lighter either so i know that even though i am excercising i wouldn't like what i saw on the scales which would put me off doing any...."what's the point" attitude. my eating is rubbish...like having toastie for dinner or sw egg fried rice then being hungry later. need to get into better pattern

snow falling here but not landing thank goodness

We have a snow day here. Not sure how much has fallen as I dont plan on getting out of bed yet. My darling ss has been throwing up all night so we havent slept!!

It is true and it annoys me at times as I know I haven't gained fat but we do let the numbers get to us. I'm feeling a lot lighter today, so fingers crossed I still do on Tuesday ;) I had a bit of a bleed yesterday, which I'm wondering if that had something to do with my bad run as on top of the cold weather (sorry this may be TMI) I had a tampon in, as my periods are only light I haven't had a tampon in for years and only had medium ones in, whereas with my bleeds being extremely light... I don't know if I'd even need a light one in... but I didn't want any nasty accidents and also didn't want to wear a pad as running tights show off everything. I've stopped bleeding now so don't know if I could call it star week... so not going to hold out too much hope for that being why I maintained, just going to keep plugging along and see what happens at WI and will not let any result upset me (except for a gain haha)

I'm the opposite, when I gain and don't expect it I get really strict with myself as I go in panic mode and think ''well if I gained and stuck to plan or only had a couple of extra treats I'll pile on weight if I have any more''

Snow's landed here, its not too bad but its still falling and is only going to get worse, doesn't look like its planning on stopping anytime soon. School is still open, was going to go to my nanna's after work but think I might cancel just in case the weather does get worse and also in case school decides to close earlier then usual if the weather is too bad. Boyfriend has a training day today but they sent a text out saying only come in if its safe, so he was in two minds whether to go in or not, but he's gone in just in case, says he'll be home soon if noone else has turned up. So we'll see, would be nice if he was home to do my lunch for me ready for when I get in from work ;)

I'm so cold though, can't seem to have enough layers on :(

I'd loose control if I didn't WI too, I'd just think oh this won't hurt I'll make up for it later... but then later would never come only more things that ''won't hurt'' its why I always failed at weight loss before I started slimming world (well after meeting boyfriend, I did manage after having little one, but I was very unhealthy, living off a cereal bar some cucumber and a pizza or ready meal with around 500cals on the evening... not proud of that)
