Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Thanks ladies :) ugh feeling sorry for myself on the bus home finally (had to stay on an extra hour and half in work boo) and although my throat is better today my cold is worse - keep getting nosebleeds from all the nose blowing.

Having another one on the bus and on my very last tissue lol it's looking very saturated lmao!! Least no one will sit next to me :p

Deb I am on my phone just now so can't link but you would find the simply filling food list on the ww forum on here or by googling it. It's practically the same as sw free food but some healthy extra things on sw are unlimited on SF such as bread including wraps/bagels etc and porridge and skimmed milk.
However I find the most flexible part of it is that you can also do propoints days whenever you want to eat something a bit different. I wouldn't want to do those days all the time I would be starving on the smaller portions but its great being able to pick something up on the go and as long as you eat sensibly the rest of that day its fine. A random example of something that astounded my friend who is on sw but dabbled in calorie counting experiment instead for a few weeks is something like an egg mc muffin and hash brown although loads of syns is actually pretty low calorie and if you have it with sensible meals and snacks is a perfectly fine days food. She actually discovered that on sw by filling up on so much veg she was eating way under her calories and this was actually stopping her losing weight. X
 
Aww Vic lovely how long have you got to go to the big day? Lots of exercise and eating well could still make a big difference between now and then? Xx

69 days!! I gotta really knuckle down. I didnt even think I had a problem with my back :-( Im gonna book on all the body conditioning classes lol x

That's plenty time Vic, I think its just an unflattering angle as a dress that pulls you in like that is always going to do that a bit at the top. Pics won't be from that angle though so it will look lovely. Loo,s like it gives you a teeny tiny waist, get us a photo of the front so we can judge. Does it fit OK? X

I dont have one from the front cos I didnt want oh seeing it! It fits really well at the front.
Do u think the blue looks ok? Ive had a right fiasco cos the place I bourght it from has closed down n they were making me a blue tie so me n my mum were trying different things. The ribbon worked best x
 
I love the ribbon! I think little bits of colour in a wedding dress look amazing the blue is lovely.

If it fits well at the front I would relax and just try and eat well and exercise between now and then as that could still make a good half stone difference and several inches if you really want to lose a bit more/tone up.

Is there not a friend or your stepson could take a sneaky picture for you? I just think it can be easier to see how it looks to others in a pic rather than a mirror if that makes any sense? I find I am more critical in a mirror than if I see a pic of myself?? X

Vicky I think you're right just to worry about inches... I might measure myself if I get time in the morning and don't forget. Dress looks lovely, I love the blue. I wouldnt say you had back fat, the dress is a little tight but you'll sort that out. Just stick at it :)


My race on Sunday has been cancelled :( so going to have to do a run either tomorrow or Sunday, I'll aim for 10 miles but I feel a little thrown now as obviously had the race planned. Luckily I picked up a gel today in tescos (didn't having my usual brand I though so having to try another)
 
Vicky I think the dress looks great with the blue. You have plenty of time to lose/tone up so don't worry about the dress you will be absolutely fine

I remember feeling same when I was getting married n I ended up losing loads running up to wedding n my weight dropped to 8.5 stone. My dress almost didn't fit me for being too big whereas I was stressing that my dress was going to be too small lol

Sooooo the class I have booked on has been cancelled due to the weather. I cant see the road from here but im guessing its pretty bad. Do I stay in n do a dvd oor go to gym for an hour x

If the weathers that bad I would stay in & do a DVD. Luckily its just miserable & wet here!

I have a day off....woopee! Plan was to do some gardening but the weather has put paid to that, so we're going looking at tiles, kitchens & bathrooms! Want a new bathroom suite for the downstairs loo, so just a loo & a little corner sink so shouldn't be too expensive & just going to price up new kitchens as will probably get a new one next year. ALso, going to look at Galaxy tablets, to see which one I want for my birthday.....all in all, its going to be a great window shopping day!
Film night tonight watching Skyfall, SW 'hotdogs' & maybe a little bit of chocolate snuggled in front of the open fire......happy days :D

We have about a foot of snow!! Think we might don the walking gear and go for a walk in a bit but not sure cos princess may get lost in the snow!

We have loads of snow and its still falling, doesn't look very nice out as its really fine stuff and there's loads of wind, if its anything like yesterday the wind is awful as well, really icy. So we're planning on just staying in all day, just had a yummy cooked breakfast and I'm sat with my second pint of water and coffee while boyfriend showers.

Still not sure about what to do about my run.... we decided on a 10 mile run tomorrow morning, but really hoping the weather is better and roads have cleared a little as I have to drive to my mums and wouldn't feel comfortable driving today.... so if its no better I need to either do something inside... either crosstrainer or running (maybe both) or do a run on my own out in the snow but sticking to roads... hmmm... fingers crossed it will just be a nicer day tomorrow and most of the sludgy snow will be gone and it will have stopped falling, its a shame as I really want to go out on a run in the nice fluffy snow one day, but the conditions at the moment just aren't right for it :( wish that race hadn't been cancelled, but it was around a lake so I'm guessing it will be awful around there (where we're planning on running will be very muddy as well, but at least I have my trainers already mucky haha) need to invest in some trial shoes but can't justify it at the minute.

Another change of plan for tomorrows run, another race has been cancelled (quite a few of the club were doing it) so a few of us are meeting in the morning and running 13 miles. I'm looking forward to it but it's going to mess my syns up a little for the day. Will need two gels or a gel and some jelly babies so that's around 9 syns. Will still have my choc philli taking me to 15 for the day.

Before my half I had porridge and half a bagel but tomorrow I'll just try on porridge.

It's not a race so at least I wont be going as fast, also we're all different abilities so might be going even slower still.... that or running back and then we'll run further.

U wanna try running by me lol. We have over a foot of snow! We just took dogs out for a walk and the snow came half way up my calf!! My little dog had to jump she couldnt walk lol x
 
I know I shouldn't worry about it, but I really want to loose weight this week, after my half marathon I ate loads and still managed a 1/2lb loss but last week I ran 10 miles didn't over eat but had a couple of syns over a couple of the days and maintained, so really want to stick to plan 100% this week to see how I get on, slightly annoying as I know I run the risk of maintaining because I've not eaten enough. But I'll just make sure if I'm hungry I eat loads of free food instead.

We have a foot of snow here, I'm really hoping that its gone mainly by tomorrow as I don't want to drive to my mums in it :/ down by my mums (15 minutes down the road) its not as bad but no idea what where we're running is like. If the snows bad it will be another reason we'll have to take it a bit steadier.

I have just done 33mins of pilates, 9 minute lbd bootcamp and 13mins total abs on youtube fitness blender. My legs r wrecked n I have carpet burns on my elbows buuut it does mean that I have managed to do some form of exercise everyday this week bar yesterday woop woop!!
