Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Im contemplating blind weighing at group for a month and measuring again in a month but not sure if I will be able to cope as I get really anxious if I dont weigh.

It would be interesting to see all our measurements compared cos we r all similar heights I seem to remember.

On a similar note does anyone know any good skin toning creams? I was using one that was working quite well but my body has decides its allergic and I now haveassive patches of eczema on my inner thighs.

Im just asking cos I was just doing a stretching routine and had my head between my legs lol and my thighs are really bumping and fleshy! My thighs n hips r main things I hate but it does seem like mainly skin on my inner thighs (sorry if this sounds gross)

I have just worked out how to make a playlist on youtube on xbox so did an hours worth of fitness blender working on different parts of my body n finishing with a stretching routine. Was good :)
 
Yeah that would be good to compare all our measurements.
I really want to get back into size 10 clothes cos I have nice pair of jeans which I haven't been able to wear for ages.
I'm determined this time though, in fact I'm gonna start the shred after Easter holiday to boost my inch loss
 
Thats the weird thing even tho im back up to 10 1/2 stone im still a 10 on bottom, even got a pair of size 10 skinnys and my dresses r 8s I think all my weight is in my thighs lol.

I think I prefer my scales. They weigh me at 10 stone on dot the sw ones weighed me at 10 7.5 last monday x
 
That is weird but then weight is just a number I guess
Before I was married I was 9 stone exactly n I was size 10 n I want to get back to that.

I deffo wanna get back there before my holiday to Vegas in august

Im currently 10.1, and have set my interim target at 9.7, but if I'm honest would love to lose another 7-14lbs taking me to around 8.7. However I would love to be a 10 again. Am currently in a size 12, but think I could get into a 10 trousers, as all my 12's are getting quite big and baggy ... well as long as they aren't Next clothing, as I find their sizing small:giggle:

Hello & welcome to our little group.
I get confused with Next clothes....my fave shop....as sometimes i struggle in their 10's & other times their 10's are too big! Have had to send the 10's back i ordered this week as they're too big! I haven't shrunk that much lol!

The only skin product i would recommend is BioOil as i used it on my neck scars after my surgery & i can hardly see them now. I also noticed that the skin underneath & around my chest is a lot smoother when i use it.

morning all - didnt do any excercise over the weekend but if i manage mon tues and wed of this week i will have completed level 1 of 30 day shred. I will then do 6wk6pack on thursday and prob no excercise until Monday. Maybe i will but have our overnight stay fri-sat then out on sunday but will see. Eating has been rubbish and feel yuck today. Had cornflakes then 3 slices toast for dinner last night. Being really lazy with food just now. Need to get sorted!!!!

Just cut out the rubbish this week Deb & have lots of SF & fluids ready for the weekend. You're doing brilliantly with the exercise, so well done you x
 
I find it interesting how clothes sizes can vary so much at similar heights and weights.

My initial aim was to get back to my weight when i started uni which was about 9st 7lb and I was an 8-10 then mostly 8s on top and 10 on bottom. So ten years later I get back to an even lower weight (around 9st but I am a little bit over at the moment) but am pretty far away from a size8 although I have been back into the size 10s for ages! Guess we change shape over time.

You must be really toned Vic as even at 9stone I was nowhere near getting into size 8s! A size 10 was the aim anyway as then all my clothes fit if I got much smaller would need a whole new wardrobe lol!

Just out of interest what clothes size are you other ladies? Only if you don't mind answering of course! X

My scales at home weighed me at 10 0 as I was leaving tonight n they arent crap scales. I think I need to stop coming to group. It totallt shatters my confidence. Plus if I dont come to group I can do legs bums n tums on a monday night!

That's some difference in weight, no wonder it shatter your confidence. Just weigh at home on a Monday morning and do your legs bums n tums instead!

I wear size 8. I am 26' waist. Have no boobs so 8 on top too! I would've worn a size 10 at 9st- 9st 7. I am 5ft 4.

I don't mind answering my sizes if it helps everyone else feel better about themselves. I really don't mind cos it's just a number n I plan it to shrink lol

I'm size 12 top & size 12-14 on bottom depending where I shop
 
Don't get down vic, its only a number. What did sw scales say last week? Maybe weighing at home is best for you, personally I love my weekly meeting and couldn't go without it... but its more for my catch up with everyone as well.

I'm mainly in 8's at the moment
