Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

I dont think its going to go by tomorrow. Apparently its going to carry on into tomorrow maybe monday! I want a snow week lol.

I have just done 33mins of pilates, 9 minute lbd bootcamp and 13mins total abs on youtube fitness blender. My legs r wrecked n I have carpet burns on my elbows buuut it does mean that I have managed to do some form of exercise everyday this week bar yesterday woop woop!!

Haha would be amazing if we got a snow week.... especially just before Easter hols, but I doubt it :(

Our weather says it will stop early hours of the morning and its actually going to be sunny tomorrow, then big dark clouds until at least Wednesday :(

Boyfriends just started tea, bit of a later one for us, I'm starving, but glad we're having it a bit later as might stop me snacking on too much tonight (might being the main word there lol)

well done on the exercise, you have to have rest days so I wouldn't worry about yesterday :)

He's only come home with smarties mini eggs n a chocolate bunny for me

I wasn't having any chocolate in the house until I'm back at target n now I know it's there it's gonna trip me up

It won't trip you up, work out the syns and just have them as and when you're allowed them. Even put them in food bags of however many syns they are so you know if you have a day where you've had no syns or only a couple you can grab a bag quickly and that's 10 syns?

You can do it, just see them as your treats for when you want a little something :)

I know what I'm like, which is why I wasn't going to have them in the house until I'm at target.

I won't be able to just eat 1 or 2 mini eggs I'll eat them all.
I really don't know why he has brought me them, perhaps he thought he was being nice but he's caused me to crave chocolate which is fatal for me
 
You need to learn to control it a little though, as its no good getting to target and then having it in the house and loosing control. How far do you have to go until you get to target? I'd give it a go bagging it all up and see how you get on, its in the house now you might as well try and do something to make it easier for you to stick within your syn allowance :)

I used to be the same, couldn't control myself with anything food wise, but now I have a syn box full off treats which I only use for syns when I have them spare, it doesn't bother me any other time... and I never thought I could do that, its worth a go you might surprise yourself.
 
I cant control myself. My oh bourght my easter egg today as we havent got our boy next week so having easter tomorrow lol. I havent even opened it cos I know I will just eat it all. Im gonna save it for after wi on monday!
 
I've just put my valentines chocs in my treat tin as they were sat on top of the fridge, I'd worked out 3 were 5 syns so as little one gave them to me one day he had 3 and I had 3, I've just had 3 now and there's 21 left lol so 7 lots of 5 syns. I've put them in a bag in the box as I kept forgetting about them being on top of the fridge... I am a little concerned that if I get eggs they won't fit in my box, which doesn't matter so much but if things aren't hidden away there's a chance my boyfriend might decide to eat them... I might have to threaten him.


Really tempted by a bag of crisps now, but already had 12 syns and they're 3.5, I know it would only take me over by half a syn, but I really want to say hand on heart at WI that I've had a 100% week. (will be gutted if I don't loose lol)
 
I might, I'm not actually hungry though, I just want to eat them because I know they're there. Might try and stick with superfree and free for now.
 
I do have control with syn food but chocolate is a major no for me . I could eat 1kg without struggling. It is my weakness n I know I need to avoid it cos there is no way I could ever eat 1 piece n put bar back

That's why it will be my treat when I get to target n even then I will only have treat size bar
 
Must be the night for a choccie fest as I demolished a whole cadbury chocolate caramel Easter egg, which was a big chocolate egg & 2 caramel eggs....was bloomin scrumptious but could only eat half my dinner then lol!
Was looking forward to weighing on my new scales tomorrow but don't think I'll bother now! Maybe I should have 2 fast days this week to compensate! But I am doing 20 miles on the bike tomorrow so that should hopefully get rid of some of the excess calories!

I wouldn't worry about it Kim, with your bike ride and also just getting back on it I'm sure you'll be fine.

I dug out a tape measure today but haven't got round to measuring myself, want to do it first thing in the morning really, but don't think I'll have time tomorrow as have to get ready for that run and no doubt boyfriend will be staying in bed when I get up... might leave it in the bathroom with a note pad so I can write down what I am if I manage to drag myself out of bed in plenty of time so I'm not rushing to go on the run.

Still can't seem to fill myself up, I'm a nightmare tonight.
 
Ahhhh Noooo :( I forgot to take everything up with me. Might do a quick measure now, had some breakfast but I'm sure a little porridge won't make me balloon ;)

Why is this lurgy still here? BE GONE! Was nice to get to relax and be ill without having to be at work yesterday - lots of sleeping, reading and a nice long bath :)

My willpower was non existent so I did give into Chinese last night, not even a remotely healthy choice - large portion of chips and satay sauce yummmm! One bad meal shouldn't ruin my week though - hoping the lurgy will shift soon so I can get back into exercising - was getting quite close to the end of c25k and really want to finish it :) xx

Laura, sometimes having an off plan day can bizzarely boost the weight loss & even if it doesn't you have 6 more days til next WI, so Im sure you'll be fine. Unfortunately, bugs take their own sweet time so you have to just go with it, but just keep topped up on fluids & Paracetamol.

Vicky, our measurements are quite similar & yes we are lovely & curvy......all woman as my DH says lol! He keeps telling me there is nothing of me......

Ordered some clothes off Next & they're all doing back.......size 10 shorts too big, medium top too big & size 10 cropped skinny jeans just horrid & didn't suit me!
Jumped on the new scales this morning & they correlate with my old ones, but just more precise as weigh in 2 ounce increments! My weight is accurate as well, as weighed a 15kg bag of dog food & its correct. So this morning I was 8st 10lbs 10 ounces! Think I can see some seriel weighing going on now lol!
 
Kim it makes me very happy if your measurements r similar to mine seen as I weigh nearly 2 stone more!!! How tall r u? X

Im 5'1" & when I said similar I didn't mean the actual measurements as mine are slightly less (but not by much!!), but more the curviness as I have boobs & hips as well! I last measured in February & think Im a little smaller now, so must measure again. Your waist is smaller than mine. I have belly fat so measure that as well, but from your last avatar pic, you have a flat belly, not like my wobbles lol!

P.S. With measuring yourself, you have to be very honest with the tape as its too easy to just pull the tape that little bit too much & see a lower number......not saying thats what you're doing, but just be careful when you next measure, say in a month, to not be tempted to do that!
