No idea to be honest. They said they sent out a letter n stuff but I havent had it. I only know im booked in for next week cos they rang me this aft n said I was supposed to be in pre op!!

Happy Easter everyone.......how many syns are in these choccie eggs????????? Im going to be a good girl & resist!!!!!!!! Ultimate goal of 8st 7lbs is 5 weeks away, so must refrain from the choccie festivities!
What choccie eggs?
All of them lol!!!!! None in particular, except maybe the Cadburys Caramel Easter Egg with a big choccie egg with 2 caramel eggs I troffed last Saturday lol! I estimated it into my weekly syns & had to guess at 50, so cut right back the rest of the week & had 102 in total!
WI tomorrow morning so we shall see!

I've been avoiding the eggs only thing I have got is hubby bought me a bag of smarties mini eggs & a chocolate bunny.....I'm saving it though cos I gained at weigh in on Wednesday so don't deserve the treat this week
Today while we were out hubby was asking me if I want malteaser bunny n I was like yep but nope. I remembered they are 8 syns so decided to do without but wish I had eaten 1 cos there my favourite
Those Malteser bunnies are gorgeous, but not big enough.
You said you gained this week for no reason.....what is your daily food intake like......can you put an example up......do you drink enough clear fluids i.e 2 litres per day?
It's always tricky when I'm at work to get something cos I'm usually so busy.
I find that a mug **** & yogurt with fruit I can fit in whilst at my desk and usually have bigger meals when I get home.
I'm kinda a grazer so will munch on fruit throughout the day.
Maybe your right & thinking about it I did have quite a bit of potatoes last week but I also made a big pan of syn free curry. That had a lot of super free in but maybe not enough.
I might try having a change from extra easy n see if it does me any good
