No idea to be honest. They said they sent out a letter n stuff but I havent had it. I only know im booked in for next week cos they rang me this aft n said I was supposed to be in pre op!!

i have a link that gives you guide but did my bmr and it ws something like 1339? think it tells you to measure certain areas too? cant really remember buy know i have been eating too much lol

Happy Easter everyone.......how many syns are in these choccie eggs????????? Im going to be a good girl & resist!!!!!!!! Ultimate goal of 8st 7lbs is 5 weeks away, so must refrain from the choccie festivities!

All of them lol!!!!! None in particular, except maybe the Cadburys Caramel Easter Egg with a big choccie egg with 2 caramel eggs I troffed last Saturday lol! I estimated it into my weekly syns & had to guess at 50, so cut right back the rest of the week & had 102 in total!
WI tomorrow morning so we shall see!

I've been avoiding the eggs only thing I have got is hubby bought me a bag of smarties mini eggs & a chocolate bunny.....I'm saving it though cos I gained at weigh in on Wednesday so don't deserve the treat this week

Today while we were out hubby was asking me if I want malteaser bunny n I was like yep but nope. I remembered they are 8 syns so decided to do without but wish I had eaten 1 cos there my favourite

Those Malteser bunnies are gorgeous, but not big enough.
You said you gained this week for no reason.....what is your daily food intake like......can you put an example up......do you drink enough clear fluids i.e 2 litres per day?

I have always struggled to drink water but I try and drink as much as I can

My food intake today so far as been

2 weetabix with skimmed milk
Cup of tea
Banana

Jacket spud with cheese & beans. 3.5 syns for cheese
Apple & pear fruit bag
Cup of tea
Hartleys sugar free jelly 1/3 of quantity made by sachet(it's 1.5 syn for whole sachet)
Strawberries & raspberries with toffee muller light

Glass of water

That's it today so far.
Didn't eat much at lunchtime cos was out shopping at trinity walk n it was manic so waited til I got home.

Yesterday I had

2 slices of wholemeal bread made into toastie
Apple & pear fruit bag
Cup of tea

Chicken & sweetcorn mug shot
Vanilla yogurt
Banana
Glass of water
Cup of tea

Slimming world chips
Egg
Gammon
Strawberries
Cup of tea
 
4 things jump out.....no SF with meals, very little syns, not much for lunch & not enough fluid!
So why not have SF with your meals, increase you syns & try & drink more. Get yourself a litre bottle & try & have 1-2 per day. You don't seem to be eating very much either as a mugshot isn't very substantial. You could also try mixing your days a bit by doing some red or green days.
Just a suggestion & you never know.....x

It's always tricky when I'm at work to get something cos I'm usually so busy.
I find that a mug **** & yogurt with fruit I can fit in whilst at my desk and usually have bigger meals when I get home.
I'm kinda a grazer so will munch on fruit throughout the day.

Maybe your right & thinking about it I did have quite a bit of potatoes last week but I also made a big pan of syn free curry. That had a lot of super free in but maybe not enough.

I might try having a change from extra easy n see if it does me any good

Its quite easy to get in a rut Jo & its not til someone else points it out that you realise that you have! No harm in trying those things that I suggested, but maybe just try having a nice healthy homemade sandwich at lunch rather than a mugshot! Not very filling, processed & full of calories.....not a fan!
Will look forward to seeing how you get on. But dont forget, you may only have quite small losses now as you have very little to lose, but can understand why you were so peed off gaining for no reason, but the 4 reasons above might be????!!!!
 
Wow Kim that's great what are you now?

8st 9.5lbs!

5 weeks ago I decided to call target at 8st 11lbs, as I was totally peed off bouncing around with the same few pounds & 8st 7lbs, my ultimate goal, seemed too illusive! I started doing EE with an extra HexB & voila, started to lose weight! I still want to be 8.7 by the 3rd May, so I may get there now I've changed my mindset & started my exercise challenge! Sorry, I've chittered on there lol!
