Hi everyone hope you all well

I'm back up to 10s 4lb :-( which is not good but going to take one day at a time and one lb at a time I'm not setting my target at the minute going just see how it goes.
I've been a 100% fri and sat and so far today that's 3 days done !!!! I've also started a 30 day squat challenge its on fb if anyone else fancy's joining me ?? I've done day 1 today 50 squats OMG my legs are killing me ha ha couldn't even run up the stairs lol hope it gets easier ;-)
