awe nightmare Kim...go for a sleep. my wee one had me up before 6am so you can imagine how i feel ha feel like i may give in at some point though ha

You could have both Deb, do a quorn spag bol with a ww wholemeal pitta with a bit of garlic on?

I'm having chicken and bacon pasta bake tonight, actually really looking forward to it. Need to carb up for tomorrow.

Update from little one's Dad and he's suddenly better, I think he's just getting fed up of going there :/ might need to start making sure he has less nights over and see if he gets a bit better, as don't want to stop him seeing his dad but don't want to be forcing him to go either, even his dad has said he doesn't want to force him to go. Early night for me tonight, as we have to get up at half 5 so we can have some breakfast before setting off for the race. Hope I don't have trouble sleeping.

not liking quorn donna. wish i did as it wd be great. still fighting the urge to binge. may have pasta with Kerry kerry low thru it with bacon? how do you make your dish?
good that wee one has perked up. good luck for tom though you don't need it x

I sort of make them as I go along, so tonight I'll be frying off onions, mushrooms, chilli, courgette (whatever veg I can get my hands on) with chicken and bacon... boiling my pasta, then mixing the two together with some chopped toms or pasatta, topping with cheese and then popping in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes.

Thanks Deb, starting to get nervous now, don't know why as I'm not going to stress over it, just want to enjoy it don't care what time I get

argh no Kerry Kerry low in asda....could cry. really want bacon blt on my pitta but need to syn it and not sure its worth five syns...boo hoo

Excellent running conditions today Donna, hope you run well.

Yesterday was a right off food wise! If I hadn't succumbed to wine of Friday night, I wouldn't have had the hangover munchies yesterday......Burger King at a motorway services, party food......but I couldn't face alcohol so that was a plus lol! Had lots of lovely comments from my friends on how 'skinny' I looked & how had I lost the weight & obviously I advocated SW!
So, 5 days on plan & being busy with housework etc should balance out the naughtiness. Garden day today, so am bound to burn a few calories today.
My new long evening dress also arrived for the Homecoming Ball on May 11th, pretty happy with it coz it fits beautifully, DH loved it on as couldn't keep his hands off me lol! & all for the tidy sum of £7.50!!!!!! Bargain off ebay!!!!

Hope your hangovers not too bad Vicky & you had a good time at your Hen, look forward to seeing some photo's

How are you getting on with being on plan Deb. You could have used light Phili in your pasta.......think I've given you the recipe before lol!

Heres a pic of me getting my sash from a sexy stripper :)

As promised (to myself)i am going to post my 4 week photos. I dont know how to put up the previous ones up side by side so will do the previous ones first. Taking the photos 4 weeks ago def spurred me on to keep doing the shred. Seeing the photos 4 weeks later there isnt a huge difference but i do see a slight improvement and will keep doing the shred.

Firstly Deb, I really dont think you have much to worry about with your lovely little figure, its stunning & tiny!
There is a definite improvement in tone/firmness......your bum looks 'tighter' & the 'love handles' have shrunk. So well done you & keep going, but I dont think you need to stress too much x

Thanks ladies - that means a lot. I do notice a difference in the bum area but wasnt sure if i was standing the same as last time. It was tad stressful as little one wanted the camera etc etc so whining in the background, OH standing as opposed to sitting taking the photos like last time so had to redo them. If anything it keeps me motivated to keep going. The first pictures make me sad but as i see an improvement it gives me bit more confidence. Will post more in 4 weeks lol
