Nikki I do the wages at work and if your still having problems go on the Hmrc website loads of info for employees as well as employers they are very helpful on the helplines too, I'm sure they will sort it for you, you're looking great though lovely bump bet you can't wait now xx

You need to get your headspace right I think to be able to lose, have a definate plan and stick to it
I wrote down four lists 7x breakfasts/lunches/dinners and syn values of snacks then every day you can just pick one and know its on plan and you don't need to be working out things before you eat, or looking through pages of the books. I do think I had my best losses last year when I varied what I was eating everyday even if it was just a different brekkie but I do think we get in a rut, I know that's where i'am at the moment should take my own advice ha ha
If you finding the shred to draining which I do what about walking its free easy and can be done anywhere and time and does lift your mood
Why don't we try a challenge together ??

I'm back up this week to 10.43/4 !!! But it's a bad Tom so think its all linked been a bit hit and miss on plan so not too upset, but need to get it back under control.

If you're having a bad TOTM, Im sure its the horrible water retention that goes with it thats caused the gain, so you'll probably have a big loss next week. Keep plodding away at it coz you know you can do it x

guys is it only bachelor savoury rice that is free?
wdnt normally eat it but few bags in cupboard i want to use up with quorn chicken that i also want use up. not the biggest fan of quorn but hate waste.
did next day of shred and went 20 min walk to shops with wee one. he did excellent. 20 min back with heavy bag shopping so counting it as body magic even though it wasn't the fastest of pace lol

well i would though my weekend away is comin up so tad hesitant. though i am thinking that for the month of May as a whole i would like to lose 3-4lb. does that count? also challenging myself to see how many 100% days i can do x

Good idea, coz when we all did the 100% Challenge you did really well for your Dads wedding. It doesn't matter that you have a weekend where you'll probably be off plan, its whet you do before & after that counts. I think thats where we all go a bit wrong really about panicking about social events, thats life & we need to factor them into our 'journey' of weight loss. Enjoy your socials with no guilt & get straight back onto plan afterwards.

So come on lady, you can & will do it, coz I'll be chasing your tail!

I was sorry to hear about the wedding. How do you feel about it, or is it a bit of a relief to postpone it until your finances are a bit more secure? x

Lovely bump Nikki not long to go now, try not to worry about the wages I've had mine messed up quite a few times and loads when I was off with my ankle - its a pain getting it sorted but its usually quite easy once they admit they are wrong which they have.

Deb I agree with everyone else get a list of the pros and focus on them. Only thing I would add is along the line of what Kim said about you really need to get out of the guilty food mindset, if sw doesn't suit what you like to eat and you struggle so much to stay on it why not explore other options like cal counting or simply filling (you can have cornflakes for free on american one so some people count them as free here too). Or maybe just tweak a bit a bowl of cornflakes instead of a heb cereal with same calories can't make you gain!

Bit of a rubbish weigh in this morning 9st 7lb so only a tiny 0.25lb down from when I checked weight when I got back from holiday and a whopping 4lb up on last weigh in 2 weeks ago, had hoped it was partly a temporary gain that would shift but looks like I really going to have to work to get it off!! Xx

Thanks Laura. Still got a long way to go with my tummy, but not sure even dropping anymore weight will improve it as its mainly lose skin!

wrote a post and wasnt allowed to submit it? yes i keep a diary or i lose track. Havent got much in but will be having a plan of action before i go shopping as i dont want to spend more than i normally do. I dont want SW to make my shopping any more than it is so instead of a pack of biscuits or whatever i got alpen lights.
Going to have wine tonight but dont have crisps or anything in so syns wise i should be better off

The wedding......hmmm not sure how i feel to be honest. Probably was a bit unrealistic to be honest even though it was to be small and simple. The dinner was going to cost over £1000 at least plus all the other things. We have been having it hard the past few weeks so it would be good to celebrate and end the year on a high but you never know, miracles have happened. The scared part of me is relieved (the reason why after 15years we still arent married lol) but if it doesnt happen Sept it we will aim for may/june next year with the same idea in place x

oh also its been almost four weeks since i posted my photos so come Sunday if OH is about to take pics i will post them. think am half way thru shred and although i expected to be nearly finished it i am still going to go thru with pics. then will keep doing it every four weeks as it did spur me on. i may not see a difference but i will one day x

Can't remember if I told u ladies but I weighed in yesterday as I wont b able to wi this weekend and I've lost another 1lb so im now 10 4. Only 7lbs to get back to my lightest!!

one word.....hungover!! first wine in weeks and yuck.
managed beans and toast with fry light egg on top. need to stay away from the munchies today. anyone got some red or green easy dinner ideas that don't take too much effort?

Feel like I'm coming down with a cold and just had a call from little one's dad, apparently he's saying his tummy hurts :/ He's going to see how he is after a while as he's just been to buy a DVD and they couldn't find a disc for it so not sure if he's just having a paddy about that... but he's saying he wants to come home. I hope he's okay, I don't mind going and picking him up but obviously don't want him being poorly again. Oh and we're looking after my sister's two smallest so boyfriend would have to go pick him up anyway as I couldn't fit them all in the car.

I think minis has been playing up :-( i couldnt even log in from my laptop yesterday. Not sure what the problem is.
