wow billy bargain as you say!! did you need to bid for it?

Yes & I put in a max of £20 as really liked it & emailed the girl selling it about the length & she was 5'3'' who wore it with low heels, so she said with heels would be fine for me & the length is perfect. Cant really wear a bra with it as its quite low around the bust, but it has good support, so this 50 year old will go to the Ball braless haha!!!

Well went out last night & haven't been out for quite a while. I got tons of compliments saying how slim I looked & that they could tell I had lost loads of weight.
It has given my confidence a boost & today I would normally buckle and get a mc dees, or KFC but I have asked OH to get me some chicken & jacket spuds from morrisons whilst he has naughty food

excellent. you will feel much better for it. i know i did when hungover yesterday. if i hadn't just started sw again though and had been on track much longer am not sure i wd have did so well. i probably wouldn't feel guilty though because once i know i have put effort in and seen results i know i will have treats lol

officially half way through the shred. just did day five and need to update signature for Friday and today. taken me four weeks which wasn't the plan at all but for me its probably the longest i have stuck it out. averages out at every second day. so 15 days to complete it and hoping to blitz the second half though with two rest days per week i just realised it will take three weeks duh
don't think i can do every day.

guys what's the story with Phily light ladies? mixed findings. can you have flavoured ones as healthy extra and how much? i knew in past it was only plain that was healthy extra but then heard we could use flavoured now too?
had 6 Finn crisp as my healthy extra topped with philly light and tomatoes yumm yumm

I had used the flavoured ones as a hexa.

Well done on been half way through the shred. I keep saying I'm gonna start it again.

Just at the spa. Ive had such a good weekens :)

Enjoy your half marathon Donna!

yeah go donna!!

Thank you :D I am a very happy bunny today

Excellent running conditions today Donna, hope you run well.

Yesterday was a right off food wise! If I hadn't succumbed to wine of Friday night, I wouldn't have had the hangover munchies yesterday......Burger King at a motorway services, party food......but I couldn't face alcohol so that was a plus lol! Had lots of lovely comments from my friends on how 'skinny' I looked & how had I lost the weight & obviously I advocated SW!
So, 5 days on plan & being busy with housework etc should balance out the naughtiness. Garden day today, so am bound to burn a few calories today.
My new long evening dress also arrived for the Homecoming Ball on May 11th, pretty happy with it coz it fits beautifully, DH loved it on as couldn't keep his hands off me lol! & all for the tidy sum of £7.50!!!!!! Bargain off ebay!!!!

Hope your hangovers not too bad Vicky & you had a good time at your Hen, look forward to seeing some photo's

How are you getting on with being on plan Deb. You could have used light Phili in your pasta.......think I've given you the recipe before lol!

Run was fantastic, I did it in 1 hour 56 minutes :) So beat my personal best by quite a bit (although the course was a lot flatter then the last one I did) but I am still very very happy with myself :)

Sounds great, love a good few comments and when boyfriend appreciates how I look ;) nothing better for a confidence boost is there?

Good luck today donna.

Ladies I am not as rough as I thought I would b. Had an awesome night. Just in my way to get some brekki then to the spa!

Hope you had a great day at the spa

Heres a pic of me getting my sash from a sexy stripper :)

Lovely pic ;) haha looks like you had a great night

As promised (to myself)i am going to post my 4 week photos. I dont know how to put up the previous ones up side by side so will do the previous ones first. Taking the photos 4 weeks ago def spurred me on to keep doing the shred. Seeing the photos 4 weeks later there isnt a huge difference but i do see a slight improvement and will keep doing the shred.

I agree with everyone else, you're looking great, I can def see a difference, although I wonder if your struggling to see it because you did look great before... stick at the shred though as its obviously doing something :)

£7.50 bargain dress!

lovely, what a bargain!!

So I am a very happy lady like I said, very happy with my time, but my legs are already aching, I keep stretching but think I'm going to suffer tomorrow, but to be fair its probably because I haven't combined the speed work and the miles before today (although I've heard your not suppose to before a race anyway)

Food has been a bit off today... I keep telling myself its been good as we went to KFC after and I went for the braiser BBQ burger instead of the zinger (so it was just a chicken breast cooked in the oven in BBQ sauce rather then anything deep fried) so I made a good choice there, but I keep forgetting the porridge (HEB measure out though).... bagel with peanut butter and jam (diabetic jam and fruit and fibre bagel though lol) I had for breakfast, the running gel and jelly babies I had during the race and the chocolate brownie and jam scone I had after the race..... whoops.... although all that isn't too bad if it was just what I'd had on race day... its the fact that I had pizza on Wednesday that's going to make WI not so enjoyable lol. Plus I'm being good tonight, we're having chicken and sw chips with fried veg and I have loads of fruit to snack on if I want to later (although imagine I'll have an early night) I am tempted to open a bottle of low alcohol wine to celebrate... but going to stay strong (If I do get tempted I'm going to have to remember that although I drank a pint of water when I got up, 2 and a half litres of water during the race and drinks after my wee is quite strong at the moment, so don't need alcohol dehydrating me further)

huge well done donna!! you have come so far and especially so as you haven't been going running that long. you should be pleased and dont fret as you deserved everything you ate. guilt is horrible i know so try to just focus on the future x x

thanks for the compliment too. still can't believe i post photos of my ass lol

eatathon for me never mind marathon. so far i have had; 2 boiled eggs. 6 finns with fphiily and tomatoes as HE. alpen light bar. then i had bowl sw chips using three potatoes and just as i finished them i put fish in the oven to have with salad at 7 syns. eeeekk eating loads

Hey everyone. Just stopping in to wish you all the best of luck.
I will be taking a break from slimming world for a while because my trainer has asked me to embark on a new diet and fitness program with juice plus. So it's complete strict clean eating and detoxing. I'm hoping it give me the kick I need and I'm very excited about it as there has been great results from other people that have done it.

Ill still be popping in to see how everyone is coming along and will probable still go to sw meeting to get weighed

Best of luck everyone!! X

Well its one week, I'm not feeling guilty about it.... I've only had two off plan days and really today doesn't count because today and the other 5 days were probably within weekly syns. Hopefully there won't be too much damage on Tuesday :) and I have two weeks with no major off plan plans so can loose some weight hopefully before my Birthday. Thanks Deb.

Good luck Charlene, def keep in touch :)
