I am a very happy bunny today
Excellent running conditions today Donna, hope you run well.
Yesterday was a right off food wise! If I hadn't succumbed to wine of Friday night, I wouldn't have had the hangover munchies yesterday......Burger King at a motorway services, party food......but I couldn't face alcohol so that was a plus lol! Had lots of lovely comments from my friends on how 'skinny' I looked & how had I lost the weight & obviously I advocated SW!
So, 5 days on plan & being busy with housework etc should balance out the naughtiness. Garden day today, so am bound to burn a few calories today.
My new long evening dress also arrived for the Homecoming Ball on May 11th, pretty happy with it coz it fits beautifully, DH loved it on as couldn't keep his hands off me lol! & all for the tidy sum of £7.50!!!!!! Bargain off ebay!!!!
Hope your hangovers not too bad Vicky & you had a good time at your Hen, look forward to seeing some photo's
How are you getting on with being on plan Deb. You could have used light Phili in your pasta.......think I've given you the recipe before lol!
Run was fantastic, I did it in 1 hour 56 minutes

So beat my personal best by quite a bit (although the course was a lot flatter then the last one I did) but I am still very very happy with myself
Sounds great, love a good few comments and when boyfriend appreciates how I look

haha looks like you had a great night
As promised (to myself)i am going to post my 4 week photos. I dont know how to put up the previous ones up side by side so will do the previous ones first. Taking the photos 4 weeks ago def spurred me on to keep doing the shred. Seeing the photos 4 weeks later there isnt a huge difference but i do see a slight improvement and will keep doing the shred.

I agree with everyone else, you're looking great, I can def see a difference, although I wonder if your struggling to see it because you did look great before... stick at the shred though as its obviously doing something
lovely, what a bargain!!
So I am a very happy lady like I said, very happy with my time, but my legs are already aching, I keep stretching but think I'm going to suffer tomorrow, but to be fair its probably because I haven't combined the speed work and the miles before today (although I've heard your not suppose to before a race anyway)
Food has been a bit off today... I keep telling myself its been good as we went to KFC after and I went for the braiser BBQ burger instead of the zinger (so it was just a chicken breast cooked in the oven in BBQ sauce rather then anything deep fried) so I made a good choice there, but I keep forgetting the porridge (HEB measure out though).... bagel with peanut butter and jam (diabetic jam and fruit and fibre bagel though lol) I had for breakfast, the running gel and jelly babies I had during the race and the chocolate brownie and jam scone I had after the race..... whoops.... although all that isn't too bad if it was just what I'd had on race day... its the fact that I had pizza on Wednesday that's going to make WI not so enjoyable lol. Plus I'm being good tonight, we're having chicken and sw chips with fried veg and I have loads of fruit to snack on if I want to later (although imagine I'll have an early night) I am tempted to open a bottle of low alcohol wine to celebrate... but going to stay strong (If I do get tempted I'm going to have to remember that although I drank a pint of water when I got up, 2 and a half litres of water during the race and drinks after my wee is quite strong at the moment, so don't need alcohol dehydrating me further)
