Morning ladies
Party was a huge success! Weather was beautiful, very spoilt with gifts even tho I said no gifts! Food gorgeous if I say so myself & not a lot left!
Back on plan tomorrow but then the next 2 will be off plan! Hope you're all enjoying the sun x

Don't worry about your off plan days, they've happened so not much you can do about that, just get back on it now :)

Well ladies, I bit the bullet this morning and measured myself again (I needed to as wanted to measure myself for a bra so thought I might as well measure everything) apparently I've gained a inch on my under bust (but I think I measured myself quite tightly last time) but I've lost half an inch on my bust, waist and hips, thighs have stayed the same.... considering the last time I measured was the end of March so its in just over a month and like I say last time the tape as pulled a lot tighter then this time.. I am very surprised and also very happy :)

Oh and also as I'd decided I was going to treat myself to some push up bra's I remembered I had one that boyfriend had bought me a while ago, I tried it on and tried on one of the dresses that looked awful when I tried it on the other week for my brothers meal out and it looked fab :) so def want to invest in some more push up bra's throw out all my old bra's that don't fit as I am not going to get my big boobs back (I've kept fat bra's and old bra's from when I was slimmer with bigger boobs) I need to accept my little boobs that I have and just get some bra's which compliment them. I bought some sports bra's today in the right size so on the look out for some nice push up bra's, might check out ebay later... also heard George at ASDA so some good one's now.

Off out in a minute to my Auntie's BBQ, should be really good.

Oh and hopefully boyfriend and mum situation should improve a bit, I thought it might be awkward today as I told him he needs to make more of an effort to talk to her, but when he picked me up yesterday after my race I went to the toilet and when I came down they were talking away about how the race had gone while she cooked dinner, whereas usually I would come down and they'd be in silence while he stood in the hall on his phone and she sorted dinner.

Well just back from my race and so happy I did it!! 10km (6 miles) 52mins! Not bad for my first one!

Kim glad you had a great birthday and you were spoilt.

I didn't take any photo's, but actually when I get times I'll take photo's of it with and without the push up bra.... just as I'm amazed at the difference. Not had chance to sort through my bra's yet but my mum said about not throwing them out and keeping them for in case I do have another baby as will need bigger bra's for a short amount of time... I might keep them but hoping if and when we do have another I can afford to invest in a couple of good maternity bra's lol.

Morning ladies, how are we all? i am trying really hard since my disaster eating binge at the weekend. Had orange and pinapple today adn will have 6xFinn Crisp with Kerry low low cheese for lunch followed by Alpen light bar. Pasta for dinner and that should be me. Need to try and reign it in especially with the weekend away coming up.

So does anyone want to do the crunch challenge? i know i have asked before but i wasnt sure if just doing crunches would work but it seems to be a challenge a few folk on my facebook are doing - i did 15 today after drying my hair then panicked at the time haha

Donna you do quite a lot of crunches dont you? just wondering why crunches are good as opposed to bicycle sit ups which are meant to work more areas? c

anyway hope you are all good x

I spent all yesterday at bolton abbey with my oh, ss, my god son and all our friends. Was lovely sat with a bbq while the kids ran round like maniacs. Still weird been the adult. 4 years ago it would have been me running round like a maniac!
Been to gym this morning as I had sunday and yesterday off :) also im getting a tattoo this aft woop :)

Sounds as tho you all had a good weekend in one form or another!

I got to day 17 of the squat challenge, so think I should start again along with the crunchies challenge, so Im up for it as well Deb. I saw a post on another thread that incorporated squats, crunchies & planks but me & probably Vicky wouldn't be able to do the planks coz we have a hurty shoulder lol! I'll see if I can find it & copy/paste it.

All the party food has gone now...we troffed a lot of it yesterday sat out in the garden & DH took some, so back to some clean healthy living til Saturday & then have the Homecoming Ball, so more off plan food & alcohol!

Have put my new challenge of 'maintaining' on my signature, so I will weigh monthly & keep a record.....will obviously weigh every friday tho!!!!

Hiya! How come you've changed you name from Honeypop? Wow thats a fab loss, what sort of foods are you eating & do you have to slowly introduce foods if you've been detoxing?
All good here. I reached my target a week early but my target date was 3rd May & I was 8st 6.5lbs, so a very happy lady!

You wait til the squats get up into the hundreds!!!! I had to do them in blocks of 40's coz my thighs were on fire lol!

I haven't done crunches in ages Deb, I used to do loads... think I'll have to start again :) will see how many I can do when I get in from my training tonight.

Food for today sounds good Deb :) im back on it too after an appauling weekend. WI day though so my line is well and truly drawn.

Loving the sunshine at the minute, just hope it lasts haha

Glad you had a great weekend Kim and glad allvthe food is gone too if you stick to it until your plans at the weekend you should still maintain
