Hiya! How come you've changed you name from Honeypop? Wow thats a fab loss, what sort of foods are you eating & do you have to slowly introduce foods if you've been detoxing?
All good here. I reached my target a week early but my target date was 3rd May & I was 8st 6.5lbs, so a very happy lady!

The food is lovely just lean and green.
Eggs, chicken, steak. Natural yogurt, rice cakes, brown rice and loads of green veg. Green tea and hot lemon water.
Just similar to Sw foods only a lot stricter and set meal plan
