Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Not had chance to do my crunches yet... about to go in the shower after my run but I've just had tea so not sure whether to try them now or leave it for today and start tomorrow :/


I've gained 2lbs the past 2 weeks, which isn't bad but its taken me out of my target range and means I've gained about half a stone since before Christmas... Not good ladies! I have to get back on it and loose at least a 1lb this week to get me back in target, then it gets awkward as I have two weeks with Birthday celebrations, so I'll be really good the days I'm not celebrating and just have what I want when I am. I need to get focused and get back into a more comfortable place in my target range.
 
Well done on the 1st day of the challenge girls. After seeing my belly in a changing room today I need to work bloomin hard on those crunches! But at long last I have found a strapless bra that gives me decent support......a Wonderbra! Its like a piece of scaffolding but does give a nice cleavage rather than spreading the girls outwards!

2lb isnt too bad over 2 weeks Donna. What do you weigh now if you've put on half a stone since xmas? At least you can nip those 2lbs in the bud before your birthday.....lotsa superfree & fluids!
 
Thanks Kim, I know it isn't bad at all. Especially when I look at what I ate over the two weeks, had some really good days but the bad days more then made up for it.

I'm 9 stone 4 now, but before Christmas I'd got down to 8 Stone 12 and a half.... well so not actually half a stone but close enough.

I just hope changing my contraception doesn't send my hormones out of whack and make me gain more :/ I know I just need to eat the right things if I get hungry from it.

its not a good feeling gaining weight but i think if your losing inches AND are feeling good then you should be proud. I know the number matters for you since you attend class and dont pay etc but you are doing great and seem to have found a great balance Donna x keep it up and perhaps just do as you say and reign it in a wee bit x x

Kim thats how i feel about my tummy - since i havent did the shred lately i am going to do our challenge and have a look at my ten min ab dvd - am not very motivated just now but once weekend trip is over i intend to get back into it all x
 
I know what you mean Deb, I am feeling good and have lost inches.... but I know how bad I've been lately and its getting worse and worse so the inch loss will soon stop if I'm not careful. I'm not beating myself up about the gain, it happens, I just don't want it to become a regular thing :) If I'm not back in target next week I still won't beat myself up about it, as long as the pattern of bad food stops (well at least every week, like I say I'm still going to enjoy my Birthday party and Birthday)


Started on the soya milk yesterday, made it into a hot chocolate after my run last night and it was gorgeous, also used it in my porridge this morning and had a couple of cups of tea with it. Really impressed so far. I don't think I'll always have the soya milk, but might aim for one pack a week (obviously once its opened it needs drinking up) the pack I've got works out at 3 HEA's worth and 2 syns. I could move over completely to it to be fair, all depends on how much milk I drink in a given week as it changes depending on my food plans.

Managed the challenge yesterday :) tried to do a plank as well ha ha 1st one 14s 2nd one 20s and my ribs are really sore this morning ha ha must work will try keep doing it see if I can hold it any longer :)

Still listening to the app and felt motivated this morning wi at 10.5 I know it's not offical wi day but wanted just to check it does seem to be going up and up :-( so did a bit of looking around on Internet and found a 10 speed food plan so going try and do this. A long list of speed food pick 8 and superspeed pick 2 per day.

My beloved grapes are not on the list so swooped for melon and apple this morning with my yoghurt and weetabix
Hopefully it will kick start my losses again can't hurt can it :) xx

Have to wear a thumb spica & still on antibiotics, painkillers & anti-inflammatorys! GP said the best thing is rest but its nearly impossible as I'm right handed!

Haha planks are horrid, work of the devil! Let us know how you get on with the 10 day speedfood plan. Im sure its coincidence but I have good losses with melon, pineapple & berries, so you never know Ronnie!

Haha, just noticed the empty bottle of Fortnum & Masons Champagne on that photo......Im keeping the bottle as a keepsake, Im not an untidy mare!!!

Morning ladies. Im a very one this morning. We have just booked our honeymoon. Not going till august but going for 12 nights in ibiza all inclusive :-D

Im just about to do the challenege. I might try plank on my elbows!
