Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

I weighed this morning and have half a lb on :(. I still have to get officially weighed tonight tho ugh

I just don't understand. Yes last Tuesday I went a bit over my syns but I cut back all week and maybe had an extra few on sun. I didn't even drink at all. Which is a big thing because my daughter stays with her granny every sat and that's my night to unwind. But I gave up my Halloween night out and sat in alone and didn't have my normal Saturday night :( all for a gain.

I'm feeling very demotivated ATM.

I also hit the gym 4 days this week. But I've been working out for 2 months now so I can't see the scales being affected this way from exercising

It's very frustrating I know and feel your pain. Are you doing more excercise than normal? You had a huge loss last week so maybe your body is just adjusting?
Your doing so well and sound very focused. Wait til offical weigh in but don't let it put you off. I will be the same but so often in the past I have given up and ended up back at square one. Eating anything and everything and generally feeling rubbish. Do you really want to feel that way again? Or would you rather carry on and ploughing away until the scales move again? Did you measure yourself prior to starting excercise?

I just would have preferred a sts. Well hopefully my scales r a bit different from sw and I do get a sts lol

I asked my trainer yesterday to give me my measurements and photos she took when I started training so hopefully I will have lost some inches.
I guess I'm just gonna have to keep ploughing on and hopefully the scales will move next week.
Can't wait to pay day so I can buy a printer and add more pics to my motivation wall. Really need it this week lol
 
Just keep at it, hopefully you won't have gained at group but even if you have 1/2 lb is nothing, that could be a bit of water retention or something you've eaten and not digested yet. Just stick at it, you've been doing so well.

Success express is where you have 2/3rds superfree with every meal, you get 2 HEB and 2 HEA. When snacking you need to make sure its HEX, syns, superfree or things like eggs which are free on all plans. If your using something like ham for a snack you have to syn it as if your on a green day so you can still snack on things like that but personally I'd put them in with my meals as then they're still free. I've never tried it myself but keep saying I'll give it a go, I'm scared of doing it wrong though

But EE was confusing to me at the start though.
I'm gonna stick at it and not fall off the wagon. Hopefully ill have a decent loss next week x

That's why I've never done it, it does seem confusing. I think you'll be fine if you stick to it this week, I also sometimes think its better to look at your loss over the month rather then week to week, I know that's hard when you have an unexpected gain, but just remember what a great loss you had last week over all over the two weeks you've still had a great loss :)
 
Tonight is my second weigh in at sw. Last week I lost 5 lbs

But overall I've lost 5 stone in a year (gained it all after having my daughter)

Wow that's amazing. How much do you have left til you reach target?
 
My sw target is 8.7 stone so 10lbs

I'm very petite. And don't carry weight well. My whole family is petite and weight around 7.10 to 8 stone.
 
P.s thank u. Back then I never thought I would get back to where I am now

5lbs in 2 weeks is a fabulous loss as SW advocate 1-2lbs per week. Quite a few people lose a lot in their first week thru water loss & then it slows down as the body adjusts. Try to look at the bigger picture & look at your losses over a month. Weight fluctuates daily for many reasons, so its better to look at it in the long term. Also the nearer you are to target the slower it gets unfortunately! We're all in the same boat so know how you're feeling, but never give up. A dripping tap will fill that bucket!!! X

How are we all? As you can tell I'm in a rather good mood :-D

Many reasons for this....

1. In 11 days its holiday time!
2. When we return from holiday it's Xmas tree time!
3. Then we are hoping to go to winter wonderland in Hyde park.
4. It's then Xmas!!! Can not wait!!!!
5. Then new year!
6. My birthday
7. Sis' 21st birthday party
8. Baby countdown!

Oh and this weekend we have a 30th birthday party and a bonfire party!

I've stopped stressing about weight and luckily stabilised at around 9st 8 - 9st 11. Up and down depending on what I've eaten.

I've realised there are so many things in life to look forward to rather than stressing about money we don't have, a little bit of back fat, do we don't we's, can we can't we's.

We only get one shot, enjoy it ladies. Relax. Breathe, take some time out. Read a book. Play some music. Go to a gig. Visit friends. Fancy a burger, have one. Get invited out, go. Life is far far too short, don't get so stressed and enjoy it.

Decided not to go to the running club tonight, I'll do a run on my own tomorrow on top of my crosstrainer, I did the crosstrainer so its not all bad and I'll make sure I go to the club on Thursday night. It's a taster session at slimming world tonight and I'm taking some things in plus my sister is going for the first time this week so I might go with her (plus I don't want any leftovers sat in the car while I'm running and I can have a proper chat with people after rather then rushing straight off like I tend to do these days as I have to be at the running club by 7)

Wow treadmill seems to be gettin harder. Pushed myself for 3.5 min after my couch to 5k was complete so quite pleased and at higher speed x

Well done ladies. Am hoping for sts at best this week. Would love love a loss but am not feeling it. I know that's crazy but do you ever just feel heavier? Think I will prepare for the worst as it will help me mentally deal with it this week tho I would like to accept whatever the scales say so that is something I need work on. I'll keep fingers crossed for you. I get that where I just feel heavier, I had that as well today. When do you weigh again? sorry I'm useless at keeping track of everyones WI days.
