Anyone tried or is doing shake that weight vlcd?

Will keep my fingers crossed for you that she doesn't blab, yes they are lucky, i love Greece.

Poor Craig, working whilst his girlfriend is whooping it up on holiday:D

Been having a look at cropped trousers in shops!!! either there isn't the size or i don't like them Grrrrr:mad: and mine are to big, except for a few that i have put elastic in the back ( well not me, my mother lol) not complaining, but getting desperate lol.

Hi Melissa and morning Jeanette

Well that Thursday feeling has arrived weigh in day.

This is my 3rd weighing Melissa. I lost 6lb 1st week and 6lb last week. So 12 altogether. I do 4 shakes with my gps knowledge.

Let you know how I get on laters. I to have 5-6 stone to loose. X

Morning all !

Your results are great :) I will order a box today & will be back when I receive them! Seems like a good diet for me! Also will need to purchase a set of scales! Lol ! Dreading to see what weight I am.
Good luck with your weigh in Jax :)

xx

That's great, 1stone 2.5lb!!!:D marvelous news. i am still the same weight, just down 1/4 lb, must be holding water, hopefully going down my friends will give it a boost lol

Yes the jiggle with your eating will give it a boost and knock you off your plateau.

Today I actually feel a diff shape. Actually feel like a shape if you know what I mean? Not a space hopper shape. More a beach ball:) do need a belt now for jeans best not pull it to tight or will look like an egg timer.

Got to decide today or tomoz whether to purchase next months shakes.

Hope you have a lively meal. Enjoy yourself. As its sunny you will prob protein with a lovely salad x

Yes cross your fingers for me lol. Ha ha at the egg timer lol, know what you mean tho, hate belts, what i would like is an elastic belt, do you remember those waspy belts? i think they were called that, they were elastic and had a clasp fastening lol, quicker to undo when i go to the toilet :D

I am going to do this till i go away, with meals as i said, but hopefully another month sole source when i return from holidays.

I remember those belts they had 3 holes you used to push them thro? How about investing in remember snake belts that the lads used to wear they were elastic acted too! Ha ha all the scouts/cubs used to have them.

Talking about smaller things I'm going to invest in some new knickers tomorrow. Nowt fancy just plain cotton but a size smaller! Do think I need them now what with jeans slipping down all day visions of drawers going too :) not a pretty sight ha ha x

Oh real food chewing knives and forks lush x

By the way went to super drug and surprise surprise sold out. Sorry 2 boxes of berry things so couldn't get 3 for 2 offer. Walking into town tomorrow for new paint brushes so will have a look again see if they have stocked up again x

Know what you mean about your knickers, i want to get some new ones, especially for holidays. Might ask my mother if i can try some of hers on as she is a size or two smaller than me, so that i can see the size.

Well she made a curry, rice and potato wedges!!! i told her i was on a carb free diet, so i had the curry (chicken tika Marsala) and a green salad (all in different bowls lol) did enjoy it, but the funny thing is, that if she had given me a shake, would have been just as happy:confused:

What a day! Started at 9.15 Clyde was in the garden while I made a cuppa. Could hear 1 door down shouting over his fence and I went out. Old lady next door had fallen over. So went over and she was lying in her back doorway. Blood everywhere.

Assessed her before moving her for broken bones. She was awake. Sat her down and could see she gashed her elbow. Meanwhile phil further down had heard the noise and came up.

Wrapped her arm up in wet cloth and elevated it. Phil phoned for paramedics. I checked her pulse and temperature made her a sweet tea. Til they came. They checked her overindulge put a bandage on her elbow where the gash is.

As she is French and 89 let's say lots of school girl French was being used. Her daughter phoned during this so I had to explain it all again. When they left. I had to change all her clothes wash her down and settle her.

Couldn't leave her kitchen back door and outside covered in blood so spent 2 hours scrubbing and doing her laundry! Then realised I was still in my pjs!

So nipped home showered changed popped back to give her paracetomols. Checked all her vitals. Fed and watered her. By this time it was nearly 2 and I hadn't even had my shake!

Wot a little bugger she is. Took Clyde round park and came back to find her in the garden! Chased her in the house and told her to stay put. Phil said he would check at 3 as I had to go to town.

It felt like I ran into town not walked did my shopping walked back. Her son pops over tea times so I caught him. The family want her in a home but she won't go.

I was just out watering the garden and caught her outside in the blooming shed. Gave her a stern talking to and packed her into the house. Phil came to see me to find out what was up. He said she was out when he checked her too.

I'm going to worry all night about her.

I've only had my 2nd shake at 6.

Sorry for the monologue.

X

Sorry You have had a rough day :(, good job you are a nurse and could sort her out. You'll be ready for bed tonight, just to rest your brain lol.

They can be hard work at that age, especially if they are independent. Think they can do the same as 20 years ago. (wish i could lol:D)

Make sure you have your last shake, and have a hot drink and relax.

I've drank plenty of water just having first hot drink of stock. Can't have 4th shake today as will have 3rd at 10. Not really hungry but will be tomorrow or through the night so will squeeze it in there if I wake up starving! :)

So glad you had a good night bet curry was delish :) I know you would have had a shake but I bet your plateau moves again with the change of diet.

I sure I walked much faster into town than the other day. And walking home had 2 bags uphill all the way. Kept saying will go to next bus stop then the next. The killer is the crest of the hill it seems never ending :(

Going to do it all again tomorrow as never got any drawers ha ha x. Blooming heck I would only get a pair of my mums up to my knee. Hers would have been the size of a ten year old child's :)

Ha ha, my mother is about 4 stone lighter than me, but is 2.5 inches shorter and a different shape to me, she has slim hips, and more fat around the middle, so wears a size larger for that, even so she is only 1-2 sizes smaller than me, odd isn't it?

Hope you remember your knickers, lol that sounds bad:D

Been food shopping in Asda's for my uncle and cat today, none for me:( lol. i had a top, sandals and a holiday bag instead:D

Well today has been bit less hectic. I only had to do Florence nightingale once. Changed her dressing and had bit of a chat.

I wanted to go into town but decided against it. Sunny weather Saturday = screaming kids packed shops and yelling mothers no way. Will go tomorrow early might be a bit quieter hopefully.

So instead went to sainsburys the long long way round up and down the hills. Clyde appreciated his chicken lucky boy. And I got a mint green top in the sale for £6. Still got no knickers as I completely forgot until I got outside and hitched my jeans up :(

Got back and decided to cut the lawns. Did bit hoeing and weeding too.

I wasn't starving this morning but made sure I had my shake at 8 as tummy was grumbling a bit. How have you been? Did it make any difference to your weight or will you find out tomoz?

Weighed this morning just to see, and had lost 3/4 lb not much but at least i has started moving hopefully will be more tomorrow, if not i should have a good weight losss next week, annoying  though it is.

I know what you mean about screaming kids lol. I was reading in the "sun" about are we turning into our mothers, and one of the questions asked is if you heard kids screaming in a shop, did you either say "they need a good smack" or "give them an ice cream" or the last one "what have the parents done to them?" my answer before reading it was "give them a smack" lol:D

A weight loss is a weight loss better off than on. Your body may have changed shape? Your muscles will be tightening up again. It's still in the right direction. I'm sure it will happen to me soon. I'm sure you've been there when you have had a really good week and the scales don't move or go up! :( you throw in the towel and say F%%> it and gobble up anything that moves. And so the cycle begins again :/

Tomorrow is another day. The scales will show. I think it's best that we do eat and go back to the plan then our bodies get confused and start the losses again.

When we were kids I can't remember hardly anyone ever screaming the shop down. And if they did it was because you had got a slap. Perhaps it's because we knew we didn't or couldn't get it so easily.

I got a good hiding once over school shoes. I wouldn't take the dearer ones off in the shop even though mum said I'd get a wallop. Them shoes stayed firmly on my feet and she had to pay a few quid more than the alloted price. Let's say they didn't touch the pavement on the way home and my arse didn't touch a seat for a few days! :)

I've just had the little fella round the park and having a coffee before heading off into town. Knickers are def on the list and a belt!

It's a lot cooler today but forecast says sunshine later. :)

Just laughing at you re the shoes lol :D i know what you mean though, my mother said that i was a right bugger when i was young, but that she could take me anywhere, and that thankfully i was in bed early as i was worn out :D we new not to push it too far, trouble today is that they don't tell them off, its don't do that!!!!! is if that helps, there you are that's my rant over :D

I weighed today and lost 1.25lb, better than i thought, and hopefully will have a better loss next week.

Sunny here, but breezy
