Hi ! I'm looking to start a diet and came across the 'shake the weight' website. Looks great. But before I order I'm just wondering what kind if results people are getting? And how people are using the shakes.
From what I gather you either have 3/4 shakes a day OR 2 shakes and a small meal/snack, am I right?
My biggest challenge is that my partner works nightshift & I tend to snack constantly at nights while watching tv! Lol.
Do these shakes really curb hunger?
