Anyone tried or is doing shake that weight vlcd?

Yay good for you. Just been into super drug and for the slim fast meal bars. Sitting having a decaf wondering whether to eat one. Got 2 packs of chocolate and one berry. I'm debating whether to buy a pedometer to know actually what I am walking rather than guessing?

Got some Knicks size 16 (might be a bit tight but hopwfullly ill slim into them :) but can't find a reasonable belt. Nowt fancy just a blooming belt to keep my jeans up. Some prices are extortionate

Back home now Knox belt and pedometer in tact. Earlier part of message wouldn't send when out in town.
 
I know they say that you shouldn't take a slimfast bar, but it has helped me by being able to chew something, i take as small a bite as possible, to make it last as long as possible :D

I bet you'll find you are walking a lot when you try you're pedometer.

It's nice to have something to slim into, if only knickers :D
 
Since I clipped on the ped I had done nearly 9000 steps that only includes walking back from town and going to my sis in laws for a natter. They said u should aim for around 10,000 a day which is roughly 5km. So I should have been over whoo whoo. It tells you how many calories too and a fat monitor but I can't get it to work. Unless am to fat to register as I've put in weight height stride etc. I've tried about 50xs :( at least I can keep track of calories burned. As long as I can use up the 4 shakes or 2 plus a bar like you. :) then anything after that is fat burn hopefully :)

Belt is on last hole at the end so need to keep it there then go down over.

Knickers are v snug. Don't think they will fall down more a case of yanking them up cos they have rolled down ha ha x
 
Ahhhh that's lovely, what a man eh? He will have a shock when he see's you as you have lost so much weight:D when is he due home?

Why don't you google a question on how to program your pedometer? i always google things if i can't make it work, i always say that if YOU have problems you can bet others do as well.

Going to look at my tops for holidays after, see what fits and what doesn't:)

I've done everything that the leaflet says for the fat monitor. Programmed all the rest but can't get that to work. It even has a part if you get the error message too! It's bloody annoying me!

Yes Tom can be thoughtful but am sure it's because you can down load films onto it ha ha x

Going to let the bathroom dry off and take Clyde out for a mooch round the park. Little pugger is in a huff cos I've not give him much attention so far. Then I'm going for walk to sainsburys for exercise as not walked much cept the ladders. Plenty of bending over tho :)

I washed all my holiday stuff last week. How's it going? Any baggies? X
 
Leave the paint for a few days, it might grow on you, remember it looks different when dry.

The are a few, others look tons better, some i couldn't get anywhere near and now look great :D others need to have a dart put under the arms, as to gapey (if that's a word lol)

Did the Hill Walk to sainsburys. Had a decaf read the paper and bought a bottle of water to walk home with. Not exciting but it's exercise. I'm getting as bad with the ped as you weighing.

Just put all stuff back in bathroom as paint has dried thank god it's a bit lighter :) it is very very light apricot. When I put it on it looked real orange! Yuk!

I resisted trying out the scales as I don't trust them :(

Clyde is sitting in front if the oven waiting for his chicken as its after 6 and wee man. Knows tea time is 4-5. Does smell lovely tho :)

Have you decided if you are going to buy more shakes?

after this week i have three weeks of adding meals, so that hopefully by the time i go away, i will be off shakes and back on meals. then when i return from (all lol) holidays back on it for another month.
 
Yes orderedI/bought a months supply yesterday. I'm sure they have gone up by few quid. I am going to try what you do. Meal bar and 2 shakes for a few weeks to make them last a bit longer.

Had a laugh going to eat next week. Spoken like a true super model! :)

Yes, a think a change will be good for you, nice to chew something. Will you be gradually adding food afterwards till you go away?
 
Hi, I have been using shake that weight for 10 days. I lost 9lb on my first weigh in. I was doing ok till today now I just want to eat!!! I have 5stone to lose. I have read how you are doing and would like to join for some support.

Congratulations on your loss, that's great going. When do you weigh? i weigh on a Sunday and Jax on a Thursday.

Re feeling hungry, i try to arrange my meals so that i have a shake in the evenings. Have you tried the Bouillon? I have a mug of that lunchtime, then a shake or bar mid afternoon, and my last one between 7.30 and 8pm
also drink plenty of water, i struggle on that and just have 2.25 ltrs, but Jax drinks a lot more than me.

We have a lot to lose as well, so welcome again :D
 
Thank you for the welcome,hopefully will stay on board as I seriously am tired of carrying so much weight. I weigh in on a Friday. I am finding drinking the water difficult ,need to work on that might make it easier for me. I bought six weeks of shakes,so hope to do that long before I go on holiday.
 
I find if i decant them into 500ml bottles and can drink at least 4, its easier, all in the mind i know lol:D I also allow myself a mug of tea with my bar in the afternoon, something to look forward to lol.
 
I will try doing that with the water. I'm drinking 2/3 cups of tea during the day, is that wrong?

I'm going to start the meals at the end of July. So I roughly have 6 more weeks of shakes/bar.

As Jeanette said I can manage the water and sometimes more. I too decant into 500 mls or 750ml bottles and as I finish them put them on the bench. I tend to have warmer drinks of an evening boullion herbal teas not the fruit ones.

If I go out I have a cup of decaf coffee and a water. I have done 3 weeks of only shakes but I am doing like Jeanette now with a bar for breakfast and then 2 shakes.

I get weighed in Thursday but I get checked by my Gp every 3 weeks ( I had a leg op last year) so he monitors it too.

I now have 5st to loose. Must admit that I do get days when I want to eat.

Pink do you do 3 or 4 shakes a day?

Hi Jax, i have started to lose again, 2.25 lb this week so far, then the meals next week, roll on :D

Pink, if you are having tea, have it black, i allow myself one cup a day with milk ( i know you're not supposed to have any) as i don't like black tea.
