I am a bit apprehensive, but on the other hand looking forward to it, looking forward to crunching the salad more than anything, isn't that weird? wasn't that fussed before
Pink, if you did the diet until you went away, then just ate normally you would put a lot of weight back on, you need to slowly add food, i am adding chicken and veg/salad everyday for evening meal week one, and week two,adding a green salad for lunch and milk in my tea, also 2 or 3 small boiled potatoes and one less shake, week 3, one less shake again, and a slice of wholemeal bread also either yogurt or cereal for breakfast with a glass of juice and some sort of protein for lunch with salad,
so i will be off everything by the time i go away, and have about 1200 calories a day approx. hope you understand that, i know its awkward lol
