Gr8 feelin its Fri Off 2 d technician after work so he can match the veneers he's goin to make ... Lets hope this time they'll b right!! Will visit my Mam afterwards! No plans 4 d wkend yet bar bringin Kitty 2 get her stitches out! How about u?

Hi Shoebe, just came back from retail park, and bought a trousers and top in matalan, not really fussy on their trousers, as every one i tried on fitted different but liked one of at least 7 i tied on cloudy here at the moment, but i'm not cold (yet lol)

my friend is gluten intolerant, was diagnosed quite recently, and find it ok in the house, but more awkward when eating out, especially if u only want a snack.

This week has flown by, friday already!!!! lets hope they match ur teeth better this time

No particlular plans this weekend, just shopping tomoro.

Oh Ur SO lucky... I Luv Matalan ... Trendy reasonable clothes!! I was chattin 2 a girl yday who went 2 college in Glasgow and she highly recommended goin der 4 shoppin as lots of high street shops! Have u ever been?
Meant 2 ask u if u speak Welsh? Is it compulsory 4 children to learn Welsh in schools in Wales? Children have 2 learn Irish over here in primary and secondary school... So from d age of 4/5 - 17/18 yrs
Got a black cardi in TK Max after d dentist.. It was on sale for EUR12 and was just what I need as it has long sleeves but is short like a balero so should b perfect with my dresses 4 work. Plannin on Cleanin and sortin my upstairs store rm and my daughters bedroom as both look as if a bomb went off :-( ... Bloody housework Dont ya just h8 it!! NJOY town 2moro Nitey nite

Hi shoebe, no havent been to glasgow, but have been to Edinburgh, loads of shops there tho

Yes children have to take welsh as a subject till at least 14, then they choose their subjects. otherwise, you can go to a welsh school, from primary upwards. and no i can only speak a small bit of welsh, and understand basics
problems was, when my grandfather was in school, ( about 1910) as they spoke welsh as a first language, when they went to school, they were caned whenever they spoke it, so when they had children, they didn't teach it to them!!!!!!! so it died out in the south wales valleys for a bit, then new welsh medium schools opened in the 60's and 70's and it turned around a bit.

Mornin Up since 7 ... SCH work just finished now time 4 housework b4 I bring my kids 2 mass... As watched it on d telly last wk as wasn't ready 2 face d villagers!!! ?
Ur poor grandfather ..... Thank gudness times have changed 4 d best!!! Unfortunately d Irish language is pretty much dead over here yet its compulsory 4 kids to study and learn it .... I'd much prefer dem Learnin Spanish/ German/ French instead as at least they'd b more useful in d long term!
Nice dry day here.... A welcome change as it was Piddlin all day yday .... Gettin take away dinners today to have with my inlaws so will stick 2 protein and a wee bit of veg. Sippin first shake as I scrub down d kitchen counters ...Mmmmmmm

Thats early , i try to have a lie in on a sunday, but might as well get up, as i can hear Len (my uncle) talking to the cat (loudly lol) telling him to stop meowing, making more noise than the cat enjoy ur meal

Weighed today (again lol i know ) and............i am 1/4 lb under the next stone :happy036: so pleased, can u tell? lol have lost 1.75 lb so far this week, roll on thursday, wishin g my life away lol.

Dats brill ... I was down 1/2 yday morn Avoided today .... Did a stupid thg.. Made half a pot of hazelnut coffee ... Tasted strong so just threw a vanilla shake in and blended it.... 4got Id put 5 tbsp of coffee in it... Got lightheaded and felt faint fingers trembling ... Im never Drinkin coffee again Only decaf ... Lesson learnt!! Peein like a race horse as have had 2 drink loads of water to Quinch my thirst!!
Ur uncle sounds hilarious ... Bet he has a love/ h8 relationship with d cat... When d dark mornings start bet d cat won't meow so early.. Dats what I hope!!
Never allowed 2 sleep in as a child ... Up and out ... So just can't do it
Meal was dry turkey (yuck) and broccoli and carrots ..... Didnt eat a whole lot

with what you said, i'm glad i don't like coffee know what u mean about running to the toilet tho, seems like every 10 mins or so , at least i have some exercise running up stairs tho

All u can hear my uncle doing is copying the cat, Meow, Meow, feel like saying one cats enuf

If u have them again, why not make a small bit of bouillon and soak turkey in it? at least it won't be dry then, and add flavour?

Hi, yes finally sorted. Good job he came early at about 8.20 or so, as it was about 1.30 before he left! Problems with outside line as well as exchange. Had to drill hole in outside wall, good job he had an extra long drill bit as the walls are extra thick!
Yes weather was like april showers here today as well, emptying down this morning (when bt here lol) and sunny pm
No dont follow soaps, used to with coronation st, but not any more,
Hows the plan going today? I was really good till just now, then had a cup of tea and a weetabix bar, which was shouting, EAT ME! Was only 70 cals and less carbs than another meal but still angry with myself grrr

I cooked steak onions cauliflower mashed potatoes and gravy 4 din .... D steak was melt in Ur mouth ... So had some with some veg... Oops SO much 4 TS ... 2moro another day!
I didnt watch telly all summer so only occasionally watch 20 mins if ders nothin else on or if Im on d comp!
Must take out my crochet needle and make a baby blanket 4 a neighbour who had a baby! Bought pink and white wool 2 wks ago.... But have been flat out.... Visiting her after work tomoro... Got a wee outfit and sweets 4 her 3 older bros My daughter is SO excited as she hasn't seen a tiny baby in ages

Njoyd visitin neighbour ... D baby is adorable... My gudness my arm felt as if it was goin 2 break from just holdin her... Definately out of practice!! Dashed home and luckily had sliced beef, mash and gravy in d fridge so rustled up a shepherds pie super fast as kids were famished. After supervising/ helpin dem with der hwk I went on d comp 2 do more SCH work!
Caught up with my Mam on d ph ... Can't beat Mammys ... Gotta get my daily fix ;-)
Food wise ... Another WS day ... Find coz of being SO active at work that I need a dinner .... Will try again 2moro or else Ill b disappointed come WI Thurs .... Need 2 increase fluids especially water too.
Have a gr8 one ... Uve gr8 energy ... Horrible job clearing and sortin freezer ... Can't beat a new one ... R u gettin a chest or a drawer unit? We used to have half fridge half freezer ... I always found Dat d fridge was far too small and d freezer 2 so for our 10th weddin anniversary my parents got us a full length fridge and gave us der old chest freezer which is super!!! Hi, u have had a busy day as well, yes i think WS would suite u better as u are so busy. they say a small bit of protein, ie chicken salmon or cod etc, and either low carb veg or a green salad, as well as ur packs.

I am having a fridge/freezer, half fridge on top and freezer below. enuf room for me and Len, i don't buy a lot of frozen food, Len likes "meals on wheels", he used to have them when my grandmother looked after him, and he likes his routine to stay the same so...... i used to buy mostly convenience foods, as when u cook for one, i couldn't be bothered lol will not do that when i get to goal

Hi shoebe, no, fridge coming tomoro. Also going to hav a freestanding bath installed nxt week, hav a shower cubicle now, so
I am having a bath as well. ordered it today. Also changing my basin for vanity unit. Nearly dropped at cost lol
