I'm trying not to be so strict on myself, it causes me to go off the rails completely else! I will be staying clear of chocolate, sweets and biscuits though because they're just no good for you. At my slimmest I ate full fat dairy, small amounts of carbs and lots of protein... this is my aim now
I took a picture this morning as a 'before' It's actually ok but I would love to have lots of muscle tone. Excuse the tattoo, it's not finished yet (needs to be shaded and more roses up my side) <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=163967"/>
It looks to me like you have the upper muscles coming along nicely? That's sit ups, crunches, v sits etc I think?
The lower abs are very hard. You need to do scissors, leg raises, butterfly kicks, planks, reverse crunches. I find them incredibly hard compared to upper abs. And one of the PTs in the gym told me (rather bluntly) that "you need to get rid of the thick layer of flab if you expect to see defined lower abs". Well thank you for that! Haha
And I'm not saying you have a layer of flab, you look great

What's the crumble looking thing? Yum!
I find sit ups very easy but lower stomach work, ergh. Having kids has taken its toll on my poor stomach muscles but I will get some sort of tone back there.... its just gonna take lots of work. Meh. I will definitely try leg raises etc though... thanks xx
Hey doll - sorry to hear that, but awesome menu! Do you know what bought it on ? Or just out of the blue. I hope it passes soon xx
