  • Weigh in day
  • Target for the month (I can't do '0' - has to be either a negative or positive e.g. -1, 3, 10)
  • Any holiday dates
All I ask is that you post your results weekly even if its a bad result there is no judgement here. Just it is fair on everyone if you update us with results.

Weigh in Tuesdays, No holidays. Going for 4.5lb loss please as that will get me my 4stone by the end of the month :)

I'd like to join the challenge this month. Finally have my head in the game and this time I'm going to lose all this weight!
Weigh in Saturday and I want to lose 12lb.
 
I'd like to join the challenge for August too please. August is almost 5 weeks so I'm going to aim for half a stone 8lbs

Not doing Slimming World but have a lot to lose and I love your spreadsheet.
Very visual and there will be no hiding from the results.

- weigh day is Friday
- aim to lose 4lb this month
- no holidays

weigh in is Monday and want to lose 14lbs I will get 14lbs one of these months lol
 
And of course i've started off on the wrong foot.

gonna jump on the challenge train and try to do it this month!
weigh in on tuesdays, no holidays that i know of and i'd like to lose 6lbs this month.

starting it off with 3.5lbs lost this week (1.8.2017)
