SOD THAT. is still believe Friday is the best day all round, i enjoy the weekends indulgences and then have 5 days to get back on track. im sorry but this is hard enough as it is, im buggered if im losing all the little treats we all deserve every now and again. If i couldn't indulge at all i wouldn't even be here, would stay fat. Life has to be fun, no matter what we are trying to achieve.
And anyway, i have been out for meals on a wednesday with weigh in on Friday, its ok if you do it right. New pots or jacket instead of chips, swap onion rings for side salad, have a juicy steak instead of battered cod. Simples. i went to the Harvester last time and had boat loads of salad. (minus croutons, bread roll, and dressing, of course, lol)
And where is the fun in that?!
At least if I change my WI day I can play with some squirty cream on the Saturday evening... heheh!

My targets are always set by the numbers of official WI's....
My weight fluctuates throughout the week so I only WI at group....(well and a sneaky half week WI at the gym!!)
I'll carry any loss over to the September Challenge as I'm always lower Fri/Sat than Mon for some reason....
