Only just updating last weeks WI now as was so gutted I couldn't face it lol. Gained 4.5lb meaning I'm now +1.5 for August. Hopefully some of that will be gone tonight and I can still lose the 5lb I wanted in the next 2 WI's I have left.

im in a right mood today. i didnt go to weigh in last week as booked a weeks holiday and put 2 pound on, well i have stuck to it all week, didnt even have my usual alcohol intake over the weekend and according to my scales i havent lost a thing so depressing, i feel like ive lost but the scales arent showing it. i get weighed tomorrow so i just hope somehting miraculously happens by then. grr.

I have been very naughty this weekend (it was my birthday Friday!) and eaten and drunk pretty much everything that was put before me, plus more
I promised myself I wouldn't weigh in before Friday, but I sneaked a look about an hour ago (feel free to get out the beating stick Pommette!) and I have gained 3LBS in 3 days so I am back to where I was fortnight ago and more - AGAIN
Now - I have one of two choices......
1) I crawl into the binge pit and make matters worse or
2) I try to limit the damage by doing 100% plan and limit syns as much as possible until this Friday's weigh in and hope to claw back a pound or so (although, being a slow loser, that might be bit ambitious!).
Well SW is all about choices and, like you, I have decided to climb back on the wagon and do my best to make amends - we will do this!
Stick with it - slowly, slowly it will come off.
