He/a 2 philli lightest
He/b 2 cereal alpen bars
He/b 3 rivita sweet onion
Lunch. Tuna salad
Extra light mayo (3) and yog (0.5)
For tea
Salad with chicken tikka masala (like yesterday, it was so lush. Making it for myself and my husband)
And we have some lovely mixed fruit for pudding
Was going to get myself one of my fave cereal bars I brought today. Guess what ??? There all gone.! Bloodly kids

So todays food will be red day again
He/a 175ml semi milk
He/a
He/b wholemeal cob
He/b 2 weetabix

For tea going to have sw burger. A big crunchy salad and egg.

Not sure about rest of the day yet.
But looking at making chicken new Yorker tomo.!
So for lunch I had ham salad with egg. Really enjoyed it.
Then had a helter skelter ice lolly (2.5)

I have Lucy. Tbh I enjoy them more because you get 2 lots of healthy extras.!
And it makes me cut down on potatos
 
Hiya Autumnbabe :) have you found doing red days has helped you lose more weight? Also are you still able to have your syn allowance still like on Ee?
I'm thinking about doing it because I seem to eat a lot of carbs but not a lot of dairy as use my Hex A for milk in my daily coffee! Lol

Hiya Sammy.
I haven't been weighed yet. My weigh day is Wednesday so I'm hoping the red days have made a difference. My leader says when she cut of things like potato she lost 3lb. So I'm hoping I have a good loss.
Yes you still get your syn allowance. I love having 2 lots of healthy extras!
Ill update as soon as I know my weight on Wednesday morning and let you know !!

My neighbour rang me and said heather look out your window now so I did and this is what I saw

She said she was sat on her bed in the attic and the balloon was so close all see could see was the virgin words in her window lol. We laughed. I said I wonder if it was a sign lol.
So the photo is taken just outside my back door just as it is going up again. But it did look like it was struggling to keep up.

I'm so cross with I my self for being so stupid and complaicent. I have been having alpen cereal cars thinking they were the light ones. Just sat here and thought of bloodly hell they aren't. So I added up all the ones I have had and I'm still within my syn limit thank god. I hope this hasn't stopped me losing this week. Maybe that's why last week I only lost a pound.
Well staying on red next week as well so hopefully I haven't done any damage. Gosh at least I have been low on syns this week.

Hey Leah. I hope everything will be ok. I sat down and re wrote my food diary and counted all the cereal bars I had had. (can't even claim them as healthy extras) and my syns came to 104 which is ok as I can have 105 so only tea and fruit tonight lol. Never do that again.

It was beautiful. And tbh I don't normally have a lot night before weigh in. But I went back to get a little bit more it was so nice lol.

I lost 2 lb. !!!!!! Down to 12.9 now defo get to 12.7 for my hols. Got 3 more weigh ins.!
And I'm sticking to red days !

Thank u Joe. Going to try drinking plenty of water as well this week see he that boosts me even more.
I am staying on red (original) days again this week !!

So food today

3 venison sausages
1 Italian bread cob from Tesco
Banana and a shape yogurt.
Will find syns later but think still within my daily allowance.
Not had any healthy extras yet.!
