Hi AB just done the model my diet and put a picture of how I am now and how I would like my goal to be, I think its amazing, you should try it out. xx
 
Been to big Tesco and thought I'd look at the clothes, I tried a couple of jumpers on but 14 would of been to big this time next month. And 12 was a bit tight on arms. So didn't bother.
Just doing tea.!
Chilli and rice! Might take photo when done.
Isabel had cheese on toast (tiger bread) for her tea. Do you know how hard that was. God my willpower is strong lol

Scales are being nasty today they say 11.12.4.

Maybe the chilli and rice lay heavy.
Going to have my mackerel today I thing

But why would the scales jump up so much.?
 
No idea but it happened to me a couple of weeks ago, it's the peril of daily weighing it might be the chilli but I wouldn't worry too much today just stick to it as normal :) xx
 
Ok so I'm going to give fish another go today but just cod.
I have just seen a recipe on lorriane while having my breakfast,
Morrocan fish.
Onions,peppers,garlic
Cook till soft, add paprika and cumin, tinned tomatoes and chickpeas.
Boil down, simmer for ten mins.
Place in oven prof dish.
Place fish chunks on top of all that. Put lid on dish and cook for 7 to 10 mins.
Grate lemon zest and fresh corriader.
Going to give this a go today !
(need to nip out later and get all the stuff though lol)
 
So brought everything I need to do the above dish for tea tonight.!

And also brought some prawns I will mariande with garlic and parsley for tea with salad tomorrow.

I have had my he/a/b as semi milk and 2 Weetibix.
Ate watermelon and apple and kiwi.

So lunch I am going to have mackerel with . . . I don't know what yet. Maybe make some pate and have it with rivita. Or lettue leaves and same the rivita syns. I will see.! And will update.
 
Tea.
It has peppers,onions and garlic also cod. It was sooo nice. And I have put some in a tub for another day.

For tomorrow tea time I have prawns marianding for my salad.

I thought if I had fish today and tomorrow. I'm not filling my body with red meat and carbs to weigh my body down.
So fingers crossed scales will be down in the morning.
I know its not always ideal to have home scales but I can see then how certain foods effect my body.:D
