Well. I have lost 2.5lb !!! Got my 2.5 stone award and everyone in class voted me Miss Slinky !! So hot flowers certificate and a free week.!!

So my scales at home before class said 11.10.4.
And I weighed in class today at 11.10.5. Very pleased today.
So pleased I'm having tiger bread toasted with butter yum !!
Well done me !

Only 6lb to go until my Christmas mini goal.

Well done AB, you deserve it,:happy096: enjoy your bread, you will do that 6lb before christmas that's for sure. xx
 
Thank u Jane. Yes 6 lb shouldn't be a problem. I'm going to try and eat a lot more fish this week. Because I think that helped.!
So tomorrow I plan for tea. Butternut wedges, with salmon or mackerel. With either salad or mushy peas.!

Morning AB, butternut wedges haven't tried them but I might try sweet potatoe wedges, I would go with side salad and mushy peas and I might have mackerel for a change, I know what I'm having for tea tomorrow,:thankyou: todays all planned. Have a lovely day, xx
 
Breakfast was
He/a/b. 2 Weetibix with semi milk

I have decided that for tea I am having butternut wedges(sf) with salmon and mushy peas.

For lunch.
Mackerel with salad(sf) and a packet of velvet crunch.
So syns will be 1.5 for mackerel
And 4 for velvet crunch.
So that's 5.5 syns up to now today!
 
Sound lovely just had mackerel ryvita and beetroot followed by pannacotta from the Christmas book, that is totally amazing!! And v easy to do as well. xx

Absolutely fantastic result and a wonderful honour to be voted miss slinky. I'm dying to know who it is in my group. Our consultant hasn't told us yet.

100g of mackerel (1 syn)
Salad (peppers,lettue,cucumber. Tomatos and onion)
With a packet of velvet crunch. (4 syns)
5 syns up to now.

For tea.
Morrocan cod. With wedges. (this fish has a sauce that has tinned toms, chick peas,peppers,onions, garlic and . . . Ill have to take a look again. And update later.
 
I didn't have cod for tea.! Just couldn't be bothered to make it. So I had
Sw cajan chips
Mushy peas
Steamed salmon
And roasted peppers and onions.

Hopefully this will be it for tonight.

Alpen light bar 3 syns. 8 syns today.
 
It was lovely thank u. I have said to myself I am not having anything naughty on Wednesday. I'm going to do my best to loss as much as possible for Christmas. Then have a few days off then. Really want to see my scales the lower end of the 11,s now. Lol (I do make myself smile though. As at one time I was happy at 13 stone. Now I crave to be in the tens!)
 
Scales haven't moved since weigh in. I have a feeling its because I have been having same to eat as last week and also I have had same breakfast for past 2 days
So going to shake it up a bit today.
Breakfast.
35g porridge with berries and a banana. With semi milk.

Lunch time. Mug shot with grapes and apple and banana for snacks

Tea time ? Not sure.
 
Morning AB, I think its normal after having a good weight loss, having a shake up with your food is a good thing plus you don't get bored eating the same food. xx
