I nearly gave up last night to be honest and thought sod it. But I had a yoghurt instead.!

So wish I wasn't saving so much for Christmas.
As just had an email saying Katy Perry is touring next year. (coming to a venue close to us) Tickets go on sale on Friday. And for 3 tickets for me and my girls would be about hundred and sixty odd quid Not got that spare so my chin is on the floor. Going to do the lottery for tomorrow night.! Just in case.! If all fails I will ask mum and give it her back after Christmas.!


I have had 9.5 syns today. So that's me done now until weigh in tomorrow.

Not looking forward to weigh in today. Been good all week except a few cheeky things on Wednesday last week. And my scales still say 10.5. Its its either half on or sts. Won't be happy.

Hey girls. Sts. Leader says its because nearly all my meals and superfree and syns were very simular all week. I noticed that this morning when re writing my diary. Never mind
Back to it. Next week I'm aiming for 2. !!
 
AB, that's what happened to me when I started the soups. I STS but the week after I lost 4 lbs. so don't be disheartened. Continue to be good and it will catch up. It's your body just adjusting that's all.

I don't think having the same food every day has an effect- it's just calories at the end of the day isn't it? And if you ate the same thing every day for a month I could have understood that.

You're doing great.. You'll have a fab loss next week I know it x
 
Thank u Rozie. I know your right. My body just got use to having it and thought. Oh this again I'm not going to work as hard.
So gets you thinking again. I have my sw recipe books out for when I get home to plan what's for tea. And then I will plan for tomorrow as well.

With light choice sausage (1.5)
Baked beans, bacon,and 2 eggs.

So for tea.
I have diced some chicken, peppers and mushrooms. Got some sw curry sauce out of the freezer mixed it up with the chicken and veg. And having a jacket potato with it.
Also had a freedo bar(4)
Hot choc (2)
Cereal bar( 3)
2 jaffa cakes( 4)
So syns today (14.5)

Thank u Clare yes it is frustrating. But tbh I didn't let it both me this week as I saw how my scales had been all week. So not to worry. Back to it. Lol.
I have said I want 2 lb off next week. So I'm going to do my best to get that off.
 
No it makes me more determined. When I get a small loss or a sts. Makes me want to do better the following week.
Also I love going to group. I have met some lovely people and made 2 great friends there.
So its a lovely group to be in.
 
I love my group too I think I struggled because I went to a different one last week and I miss my little group :)

I need to up my superfree am think of doing to super speed soup and actually giving success express a go properly maybe Friday Monday and Tuesday. Unsure about Saturday might go green so I can eat the curry loaf. Need to plan a bit more last 2 weeks have been too ad hoc and not enough superfree as I tend to do red. Also going back to scan bran cake I think, I need the fibre and I need to focus on drinking a bit more have really slipped on that. Dinner tomoro and Friday can come out of the freezer and I can make scan bran cake for morning now and again every evening as no more lates until Tuesday :)
 
I have my new Steven king book to read but I really can't be bothered. I just want to go to sleep. Then mark should be home about 12.30am. Which will wake me up again.! And he never wants to sleep when he comes in. He wants to chatter. Lol. Then I woke this morning thinking it was Friday.! Which means I still have two more early mornings till a lay in.
Spent most of last night and tonight looking for work. I am so fed up and just want to work but nothing suitable. I'd love something local like our Tesco but they never set on. Not even at Christmas.
Hopefully something will turn up soon.
 
Keep looking, I was getting to the point of thinking I would never get anything when Waitrose came up, and was over the moon! Have a good day lovely xxx

Lunch.
Tesco vegetable sushi (2 syns)
Corn on the cob.
Velvet crunch (4 syns)
Cereal bar(3)
Hot choc(2)
Was thinking of having a red day then remembered I had corn. Not to worry.
Tea.
Roast vegetables (aubergine,corgettees,red onion,butternut squash. With chicken and tomatos and some stock or spice.maybe mushy peas
Also had 2 forks of plain pasta.
A bowl full of berries.
And watermelon

And this is lunch. (salmon,lettue.cucumber.red onion. Velvet crunch 4)
Also brought some grapes with me to snack on while waiting for girls to come out of school.
So for tea I am making cowboy hotpot with Dutchess potatos on the top.! Will photo later !

It was really nice. But I wouldn't put the mixed beans in it again. But nice and filling.
