Hey lovely at work battling on hoping to go home soon as feeling like a zombie but I have been being the responsible person so served a purpose at least and been looking at Christmas overtime!
 
Hope your starting to feel better in yourself Clare.! Having to go to work when your under the weather is rubbish. Christmas overtime !! You are a trooper.!! Lol.


Yes Jane I agree I think a shake up of food is best. Although I have been enjoying the fish.
 
Your nearly there Clare. !! Once you feel back to normal you will be there in no time.
If I get to 11.4 for Christmas. That will be my 3 stone loss.!
 
Hiya Jane. Yes thank u. Took my girls shopping today while my husband went for a walk in the woods with the dog and made himself a coffee and some dinner. (he is very outdoorsy)


My scales are not moving since weigh in. Think it maybe to do with having tiger bread on Wednesday. I don't know. But I have been 100% as always since.
So food today
He/a/b. Semi milk, 2 Weetibix and banana
Lunch
100g mackerel (1 syn)
Little gem lettue
And a pot of strawberries
Also had velvet crunch (4 syns)
( I have been to our big Tesco to pick 2 big watermelons up. So will be eating plenty of that over next few days.)
Tea time will be
Butternut Cajun wedges
Mushy peas
And steamed salmon.

No more syns today.
So what's 5 syns.
 
Try not to worry about the scales during the week. It may drive you potty.

Keep focused, on plan 100% and the weight will come off.
 
Yeah love watermelon! Used to have it so much during the summer.

Thank you :) nice to be back home. Have a clean flat so I'm happy. The TV is switched off and I'm just sitting quietly with hubby. He's researching boiler stuff for the house lol
 
Really don't know what else to do other than what I'm doing. Scales says 11.12.5 this is up 2lb since weigh in.
Only got 2 days to get back to 11.10.5 to sts
So today breakfast
35g porridge with berries
Lunch sw tomato soup
Tea
Morrocan fish.
Snacks watermelon,banana and apples
Going to try and drink at least 2 litres of water to.

Don't know what else to do. As scales haven't been kind since weigh in.

Had morrocan fish. And it was horrible. I put to much cumin in it I think. So I picked the fish out and just ate that.
Feel proper fed up with the scales and with my crappy tea.
 
So scales are back to 11.10.5 so I think most I can get tomorrow is sts or half off.

So today.
He/a/b semi milk,2 Weetibix
Lunch
Smoked mackerel (1.5)
Lettue,cucumber,tomatos,onion yellow and red peppers
Velvet crunch (4)
Tea.
Butternut wedges with Cajun spice
Salmon and mushy peas.

Then weigh in tomorrow.
