I went to the jacket potato place round the corner so I'm not sure how many syns for my chilli portion. I jazzed up my salad with my own bits.

I'm just going to quickly gloss over Fri evening, Saturday & Sunday
Two meals were SW friendly out of the 6 available.

Friday; Drinks after work as friends leaving do
Saturday; Friends birthday with a meal out (not a lettuce leaf in sight on the menu) and a night out
Sunday; hangover pizza

BUT... back on it today :) trying for a speed food / SP style meal plan today and tomorrow and an awesome week to get a fab loss next week instead.

Well I'm at a loss for words! After a sketchy weekend I still managed to lose 2lbs
I feel like a bit of a fraud!

BUT YAY!!

Shiny sticker and award :DSo this means I need to be twice as good this next week to keep it!
I have gone crazy and bought some scran bran, going to suppliment my meals (or try have 3 per day as 1/2 HEB & have Hifi's as well)
and I need to make sure I drink CRAZY amounts of water.


Target Loss for this week

In an ideal world, I will lose 2lbs and GET TO TARGET.
But, as I said I feel this week is a fluke, I'll be happy with my lovely 1lb average.

I still have 3 more weigh ins to get to target - but if I can get there earlier, I'm all for it!

2017 New Start Food Diary!
Three of us have grouped together to do Slimming World at home - here is my food diary :)

Tuesday 11th Jan

Morning
- Skinny Cappuccino (HEA) with a sugar (1)

Brekkie - Scrambled eggs on 2 x Kingsmill medium wholemeal bread (HeB)

Lunch - Homemade lasagne (4 syns for cheese on top) served with lettuce, cucumber, cherry toms and celery

Snacks - Activia strawberry fat free yoghurt with 2 x Alepen light jaffa cake (6)

Tea - Steak, with roast med veg, salad and mushrooms
Dolche Gusto skinny macchiato latte (2.5) and half a sugar (0.5)
fiber one chocolate brownie (4)

17 syns for the day, so a little bit over, but I really needed that chocolate fix on the evening!

Tea - is going to be steak again hah!

Lunch - Jacket potato with salad and cheese... so I need to syn the cheese. But have no idea how much there was. Hopefully not more than 7.5 but hey whatevs
Snacks - 2 x small wholemeal bread (HEB) toast with light spread (4)
Tea - Slimming World chicken in black bean sauce meal with 1/2 pack of Uncle Ben's Rice & Grains Wholegrain & Quinoa rice (1.5)

I have to say, I wasn't overly impressed by the chicken SW meal - it was a bit bland if I'm honest and didn't have lots of veg in it really. I wouldn't not eat it, but there are definitely better ready meals in the range.
