I also stole some chips off the BF...
Even though I'm going over syns it doesn't look like i'm eating anything the past few days!
I did notice when I was out with my friend how people make healthy choices without really meaning to, or seem like they don't eat healthily but actually do. My friend got a Burger, which yes generally would be high in syns. I would just eat the whole lot, chips and coleslaw, bun smothered in ketchup ect but she left the chips, only ate part of the bun and just had the burger. Which takes it from being a super calorific meal to something a lot more modest.
I think it's these subconsios decisions which maybe I'll be able to just do in the future. I'm either losing a bit of drive this week or I'm doing SW more subcontiously? I keep thinking, oh I've eaten terribly today, and then go over my syns and realise I'm fine. I just feel like I kinda havnt been following the plan... I dunno, maybe I'll find out tomorrow when I face the scales.
In other news, I dreamt ate a pizza and it was soooooo delicious. I've wanted a pizza since...
