Unlucky Ava but are you sure you want to try again? I think you could lose a lot more on a "normal" diet by the end of June than you would yo-yo'ing on this.

You could be right James but im going to take another crack at it tomoro. I have enough shakes for the week.,

I feel bad posting when i cant stick to it Emma so might try go the week and post next weekend.

I'm doing well, 12lbs to go so 3-4 weeks and that's my 3 stone done and on to refeed, thanks.

What's your weight been doing when you yo-yo? Like are you losing a bit then gaining it back and more? Or are you keeping a few pounds off?
 
Wow well done James....3 stone. Ive looked at ur stats and suprised u were allowed do lipotrim as uve so little to lose with ur height. But fair play.

I havent yo yo'ed too much. Im fairly steady at 13 7 now....which is still far too heavy.

I hope the diet works as well for me.
 
My BMI was like high 26 which is overweight so they let me do it, it'll be down to 21 when I'm done which they said is a bit low but *shrug*

13st 7lbs? And you want to be 11 something? Or 11 dress size?

Just think one solid 7 days and you'll definitely be 12st something, few weeks after that 11 something. Easy peasy. I think you can do it. Maybe you need a bit more support/encourage from the people you see every day.
 
Id love to hit the lower end of my bmi too....well done.

I think i can do it too....massive party on the 29th of June so its good motivation.

I cannot wait to see 12 something. Will post next week and we'll have a happy Ava i hope :)

I'm refeeding as from yesterday as only 2lb from my target so hoping I can do that eating healthy, going to stay on refeed for 2 weeks. I've lost 3 stone 13lb so just 1lb under 4 stone. If I can do it, you can do it too Hun

Pre Lipotrim Start

TBH Ive been too embarassed to post as I keep starting and failing!!! :(

Ive just finished my Finals and feel like its a good time to start. Im going to try for tomoro.

Well done Emmy...you've done fantastically well...hope i can emulate some of ur success.

As ive said I have a night out on the 29th June and a guy to impress.....really hope I can do it.

I have my water chilling and my shaker out....roll on the next 6 weeks. Wish i could just wake up when its finished!! Haha

Ava, just take one day at a time and don't look too far ahead as it becomes a daunting never ending task, if you can establish a new routine and stick to it. When it gets tough and your inner demons start talking you out of it just. STOP and PAUSE, take some time to think what you really want, to lose weight or to satisfy a craving that will only last a very short while before the next craving hits even harder.
It's your choice, every decision is made by you, if you want to eat you know you can. tell yourself you can if you want to but that it is a path that you are not going to take today, I'm not going to say good luck or you can do it because its not luck its all based on what you decide so all I am going to say is good choices over the next few days hunni xx

Well done Ava, how's day 2 going?
I'm 11 weeks in and 2stone 3lbs down, I'm doing Cambridge 810 ( step 2) so get to have a tuna salad and milk and 3 products each day. Have to say I'm loving it and its a way of life for me now. I know I will get to goal eventually.

Ava, I did LT a couple ofyears ago, lost 2 stone ish in 7 weeks, didn't refeed and piled it all back on plus more, determined never to do that again, so before I started CD I just ate healthy for a while and lost 6lbs, I am going to carry on with healthy eating once I'm maintaining. It has helped me so much by retraining my brain about the sort of foods I want to put in my body. I never fall off the wagon, I always stick to low carb low fat low sugar and manage to carry on with my program. I go out for dinner with my OH a lot and I also socialise, I never worry about it I make good choices and it works!!! I'm still here going strong, week 12 WI on Monday and my consultant has asked me to train as a consultant so here I am filling in all the paperwork.
Ava, you have got so much support on here make sure you utilise it whenever it gets tough for you, you need to recognise your triggers and deviate away from them. Ask your friends and family to support you, write an extensive diary, if you have had a good day, write about it and why. Give yourself credit each day when you get through it 100% its a massive achievement. Day two woohoo you've DONE it ava, u will never do day 2 ever again. Rejoice and embrace LT for what it can do for you. X

U seem to have really retrained your palate Cham. Well done. I too lost weight with lipotrim got to 10stone 2 and piled it back on. I need to retrain my palate post lipotrim too to ensure that never happens again. Thank you so much doll. Im delighted to have gotten day 2 nearly out of the way. I so want to lose weight this time so thats motivating me. Plus when said guy sees me on the 29th of June I want to be so much slimmer and HOT! Haha.
