I use the Orange sunshine flavouring, but have done since day 1, just came off Totm so wondering if that has anything to do with it! Just trying sparkling water to see if that helps!

I'm just glad I am having them lol my periods seem to be all over the place, but since loosing weight they are getting back to normal!!!

Just had a shake and feeling so much better, having chicken later instead of 4 packs, usually do that on a Saturday but will have it tonight instead!

Ah tough day, completely forgot about my hunger this afternoon when we got a phone call from a friend of my hubbies telling us his kids are being put into care, so so sad his wife has a mental illness and they have no money and she tried o commit suicide and the social services were called in! We talked to them to say we would look after them, but are not allowed, feel so helpless those poor kids 
do not know what else to do!!! Rambling sorry just had to write it down somewhere where noone knows me!!!

He needs to see a solicitor urgently if he hasn't done so

He went to see one this afternoon and has a meeting with social services monday, his kids have been put with his mum and dad as a short term fix Untill they decide what to do with them, but they are old and are not coping

Sounds dreadful. Poor kids. It's hard not to get affected by news like that. I hope things turn out ok,

Omg this is just soooo SAD!! poor kids could not begin to imagine what they must be going through, I have three kids, n just could not imagine them ever being without me for a day ... Really has touched my heart, truly will do dua that the kids r returned to their parents !! Xx

Scales not moved since wednesday, got till Friday for them to go down so not too worried! Been 100% so I should see some movement soon, will up the water today and see if that helps although I am already drinking 4 ltrs a day!!!
