That's the other thing watching every single cooking show going and also becoming a feeder, love baking and cooking now even though I don't eat it or taste it lol
Just did the dreaded shopping urggh hate it, hubby buys so much junk, all I had for myself in that trolly was skimmed milk and sparkling water haha cheap date me!!! Still find it strange that walking all those chocolate isles and seeing all those cakes all I crave is cashew nuts still lol!!!

I do like a cashew nut... however being kept on straight and narrow as its hubbys 40th bday next Thursday and we have a weekend off planned, and it will be fairly off! Maybe ill fit in a cashew and report back!
 
Ahh something to look forward to, deffo have a few cashew nuts and think of me lol!!! I realised my next time off from this diet will be august haha ages away and hopefully I will be at goal by then!!
 
I seem to becoming a feeder too love the cookery programmes evening than I'm used too made my eldest breakfast savoury muffins to take to school for break time (saves buying kit kats etc) and made fairy cakes with my 3 year old I also do that sniffing thing lol always sniffing cakes crisps curries etc it's turning into some odd compulsion ha ha x

Glad I am not the only mad one lol I am working my way through the great British bake off cook book I got for Xmas! Chocolate is what I love smelling at the moment!!!
 
Another morning and the scales still not budged hmmph oh well keep on going till they do, may pick up the excercise this week and do some light walking/jogging on the treadmill! Just had my bar! Now shower time and tidy up before friends come round!!!!!

Just about to have second product and housework nearly done, thought I best tidy up as I have my bro in law and his wife round later and I feel they sometimes look down on my house as there's is perfect and tidy all the time, she is 4 months pregnant so I think that will change when they have a baby in the house!!! Anyway isn't housework good excercise lol
 
Another gd day here with cd, cleaning done and Windows washed inside and out, starting decorating tomorrow, only a small room but that will keep me busy and my mind off food! Will get on the scales tomorow and pray to god they go down as been the same since wednesday last week and its playing on my mind now :(
 
My mission for tomorrow is to have my water without the flavouring, am sticking to 1 tsp a day but will see if not having that stops me feeling hungry and gets the scales moving again!
 
Hey hope the scales start moving in your favour im sure they will you are doing so well and seem to be keeping yourself very busy, makes me feel guilty for spending all day in bed ha ha ha ha

Thanx hun, I have been 100% so they should move downwards soon! Oh how I would love a day in bed lol u lucky thing!!!
 
Arghhhhhh scales still not moved :( not getting on them till Friday at wi now, plain water all the way today which I hate and will see if that helps! Woken up with banging head ache and its school run again humphhhh Monday morning blues!!!

Have been having green tea a lot to top up on water, I think my problem was I got addicted to the flavourings so hate the taste of normal water now, had a ltr so far and not so bad!
 
done ok today, plenty of plain water but need to get out of my head that I need a treat day, I don't have any days off cd coming up and for some reason I keep thinking I need one! I know I don't need one, I want to keep going till I am at my goal or my holiday at the end of august! Loads of people do it without a treat day! I had plenty of those last year, so why do I think I need one, arghh I am rambling but its on my mind all the time! Had a dizzy spell today which I haven't had in years!!!
 
Glad another day done, 1 more step towards skinnydom! Needs sleep as shattered and looking after my friends 2 yr old tomorrow, feels like ages since my son was 2 so out of practice so will need as much sleep as I can get!!!!!
 
Ooh and done so much today I am impressed with myself, painted my new utility room cieling and the kitchen, all gd excercise lol
