Stick with it! What I find quite annoying is even when you're being good, you can still want things - burgers, crisps, whatever. Grrrr.
Today I've had a peanut bar for breakfast and a chicken & mushroom soup for lunch. Funnily I hated that soup a few weeks ago and I've been avoiding this one for weeks, but given that I don't get more products til tomorrow afternoon, I had to have it. And I really liked it! Go figure. Most of 2ltrs is down me. Tummy rumbling away.
Crap day today. Spent half of it on the phone arguing with the tax people over my 2007 returns. Seriously they expect you to pay whatever bill they send, without them explaining what it is you're paying! Wrote a letter of protest and will be sending it registered mail tomorrow to the tax service and a taxpayer advocate service. Weather sucks - grey with intermittent downpours.
Ah well - will have a cup of tea, a shake and another litre later and that's the day then. Hope your disagreeable client isn't too much of a pain. I'd drink water and have the shake later, but it depends on how you feel.
