That's great Aysha! You shoul add your losses to your signature so you can see them as a weekly loss! I love updating mine! Though I'd love to start losing at least a full 2 pounds a week rather than almost 2 pounds!! Bah! We're never happy with simply a loss are we!! Have a great and easy weekend.

Thanx hun, I do keep meaning to do a signiture but am using my phone most of the time so can't do it from here, need to get on pc and have a play lol, takes me ages to figure the site out on the pc! Ha I know we are never happy, I have learnt now a loss is a loss simple, its all in the right direction! Wish I was having an easy weekend am so busy I have had to do all my housework tonight so hubby doesn't moan about my manic social life this weekend!!! Have a great weekend xxx
 
I feel so evil, hubby told me he wants to go centre parks in Feb and I should be excited, but all I keep thinking about is the diet, I don't want to break it as I know if in holiday mode I would think sod it I can eat and it will set me back, we have a holiday to cornwall in august and I am not worried about that cos I know hopefully I will be a lot slimmer and will enjoy it, but half term is only 3 weeks away and I won't enjoy it :( does that sound awfull! I am in control of cd at the moment and don't want to loose that!
 
Know exactly how you feel hun.
Do you think you could do 810 for the week? Its in the uk so you won't have to worry about not being able to take your packs there and then you could just have a meal with the family in the evening, something low carb of course. Isn't there loads of fitness things you could do at centre parks aswell? So if the others go off to have some lunch and you are saving yourself for dinner you could go for a walk or bike ride etc? x

I think that's what I will do hun leave them to eat and maybe go to the gym or for a run, I may loose more weight you never know lol am coming around to the idea but still panicking!!!
 
Was out for dinner tonight at frankie and bennys, had oven baked salmon and lettuce with no dressing and a coffee for pudding was so proud resisted so many temptations and even went straight to my brother inlaws after and got offered pizza and cake and biscuit and just sat with my cup of tea lol am very proud of myself!!!!!!! :)
 
Centre parks will be a breeze after tonight hun!

All going great here still, tried on a few tops tonight that didn't fit before, they fit so much better now and some are even too big, just wish the belly roll under my boobs would go grrr looks awfull, need to start doing the sit ups I think!! Weekend was full of temptation but didn't give in and don't even think about wanting food now its becoming a habit and I am actually enjoying it because I feel so much better and can now see my body changing!!!
 
HI Aysha, just catching up. I do understand what you mean about not wanting to go away for half term for feare of going of plan! We're going to the Lakes for half term although it is self catering I will have to manage doing SS+. I have made the decision I am going to and stick to plan as I need to be able to assert "control" in the real world and that includes going on holiday. This time on CWP will be my very last time and I am determined to change my relationship with food and "learn" from my past mistakes. If I "allow" myself the half term "off" I know I am not mentally ready for the challenge to introduce real food without over eating.

You can still go for a half term break and enjoy time with family but you have choices. You are doing so well so I'm sure you'll make the right for you without doing damage to your weightloss or mindset. Just be careful though.
 
We had a bit of a heart to heart and are now not going, agreed that lots need doing on the house anyway and we are going to cornwall in august anyway so can't really afford to go away again!! I am glad but feel guilty at the same time!
Had a gd day all in all sat and watched my friend eat a mcdonalds whilst I had my bar and black tea!
On a downer I hate changing room mirrors why is it u feel great then look in one of those and go back to feeling crap about yourself, not buying myself clothes yet as want to go down a few more sizes, would rather wear baggy than spend loads on clothes that will only fit for a few months!!!!
 
Hubby set up the bike trainer for me its fab apart from it killed my bum lol I would of thought extra padding would of made it comfy but Omg I will be walking like john Wayne later lol seriously worked off a sweat though!

it is fab, the bike i have it on is a bit big and have to stand on a bench to get on it haha but determined to do it! hubby just thought i looked hilarious and he was worried i was gonna knock myself out with my boobs haha

oooh i got told today i didnt look as wide as i usually do hahahaha was too pleased to be offended:D
 
Another gd day here, wi on Friday and these days I so look forward to a Friday, just love seeing the scales go down! Want to get into the 17s this week so we shall see! Used to hate wi day because I knew I had cheated, shouldn't be so confident as I may get a kick in the butt and have a crap week I know it won't be a massive loss after last weeks 6 1/2 lb but 3 would be gd :) Ooooh excited!!!!
Not had as much water as I usually do but will try and get a ltr in before bed which will make it up to 3ltrs
Have been absolutely freezing today so put a coat on that I couldn't do up before but now can, a snug fit but it zips up woohoo!!!!
 
God why do I do it, hubby left the scales out, he usually hides them from me now, and I have only lost 1/2lb since last Friday arggghhhhh now I am in a bad mood :( official wi tomorrow !!!!
 
Arggghhh dodgy tummy alert Sooooo not gd, feel awfull had 3 products so far but can't stomach any more water :,(
 
Hang in there! Try some hot water or green tea? Or even a cup of tea with a tinsy bit of skimmed milk? It shouldn't knock you out of ketosis. Few more hours and you'll be in bed with another day under your belt!
